Technischer Projektplaner/-leiter, Meister HLSK (m/w/d) Unbefristet | Vollzeit | Warnemünde

Über diese Qualifikationen freuen wir uns:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Handwerksmeister oder Techniker im Bereich HKLS
  • Erfahrene Altgesellen oder Vorarbeiter mit fundierten Kenntnissen in der Baustellenleitung sind ebenfalls herzlich willkommen
  • Berufserfahrung in den genannten Bereichen
  • Führungspersönlichkeit mit sozialer Kompetenz
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

  • Unterstützung der Niederlassungsleitung
  • Erstellung von Angeboten und Kalkulationen
  • Materialeinkauf und -verwaltung
  • Leitung und Koordination unserer Baustellen im Raum Rostock
  • Abwicklung unserer Aufträge
  • Unterstützung zur Herstellung eines effizienten Arbeitsablaufs
  • Abnahme und Qualitätskontrolle unserer Bauvorhaben
  • Führung eines motivierten Teams
  • Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
  • Abrechnungsvorbereitung und Freigabe von Rechnungen
