Zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Beratungsleistungen im Bereich Digitalisierung und Künstliche Intelligenz suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die steuerliche Expertise mit technologischem Innovationsgeist verbindet.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie betreuen Mandanten in der Finanzbuchhaltung sowie bei der Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen und Steuererklärungen und stehen als kompetente Ansprechperson für steuerliche Fragestellungen zur Verfügung.
  • Sie unterstützen unsere Mandanten sowie HWS bei der Digitalisierung von Buchhaltungs- und Steuerprozesse und wirken aktiv an der Optimierung sowie Automatisierung wiederkehrender Arbeitsabläufe mit.
  • Sie bringen Ihre Affinität zu digitalen Anwendungen ein, testen neue Tools – beispielsweise im Bereich Automatisierung oder KI – und prüfen deren Praxistauglichkeit für Kanzlei und Mandanten.
  • Sie analysieren steuerlich relevante Daten und bereiten diese strukturiert und verständlich auf, um Transparenz und Entscheidungsgrundlagen zu schaffen.
  • Sie begleiten die Einführung und Weiterentwicklung digitaler Lösungen (z. B. DATEV-Anwendungen, Dokumentenmanagementsysteme oder KI-gestützte Assistenzsysteme) im operativen Kanzleialltag.
  • Sie bringen sich aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung effizienter, digital unterstützter Kanzleiprozesse ein und tragen so zur Modernisierung unserer Arbeitsweise bei.

Ihr Profil

Fachliche Kompetenzen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Steuerfachangestellten (m/w/d), optional mit Weiterbildung zum Steuerfachwirt (m/w/d)
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Steuerrecht sowie ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für digitale Geschäftsprozesse
  • Praktische Erfahrung in Digitalisierungsthemen und mit dem Einsatz von KI-Anwendungen
  • Fundierte DATEV Kenntnisse sowie sicherer Umgang mit MS Office

Persönliche Kompetenzen

  • Analytische und konzeptionelle Stärke sowie eine strukturierte, lösungs- und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Offenheit für Innovationen und Interesse an technologischen Entwicklungen und digitalen Trends
  • Teamfähigkeit und ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung im Umgang mit Mandanten und Kolleg:innen
  • Motivation, Prozesse aktiv weiterzuentwickeln und Optimierungspotenziale umzusetzen
