Ihre Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von Jahres- und Konzernabschlussprüfungen nach HGB und ggfs. IFRS für Mandanten unterschiedlicher Branchen und Größen
  • Erstellung von Prüfberichten und Begleitung von Bilanzierungsfragen bei Mandanten
  • Prüfung und Beurteilung von internen Kontrollsystemen sowie Beratung zur Optimierung von Prozessen und Strukturen
  • Durchführung von Sonderprüfungen, z. B. Due Diligence, Unternehmensbewertungen oder Compliance-Prüfungen
  • Beratung von Mandanten in betriebswirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen, insbesondere bei strategischen und operativen Herausforderungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von Prüfmethoden und -prozessen innerhalb der Kanzlei
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Steuerberatern (m/w/d) und anderen Fachbereichen zur ganzheitlichen Betreuung der Mandanten

Ihr Profil

Fachliche Kompetenzen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen, Wirtschaftsprüfung oder Finanzen
  • Bestandenes Wirtschaftsprüferexamen und idealerweise mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Wirtschaftsprüfung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Rechnungslegung nach HGB und idealerweise IFRS
  • Sicherer Umgang mit DATEV und MS Office, sowie Prüfungssoftware (z. B. Caseware)

Persönliche Kompetenzen

  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und eine ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und souveränes Auftreten im Mandantenkontakt
  • Teamfähigkeit und Fähigkeit, interdisziplinär zu arbeiten
  • Hohe Verantwortungsbereitschaft und Diskretion im Umgang mit sensiblen Daten
  • Lösungsorientiertes Denken und Offenheit für neue Herausforderungen
