Für unseren Standort in Durchhausen suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n Mitarbeiter/in als Product Line Manager (m/w/d) – HMI & Embedded Systems in Vollzeit.

Als Value-Added-Distributor und Lösungsanbieter verbinden wir führende Technologiehersteller mit anspruchsvollen Kunden aus Industrie, Medizintechnik, Automation, Maschinenbau und weiteren technologiegetriebenen Branchen.

Im Bereich HMI & Embedded Systems reicht unser Portfolio von modernen Display- und Touch-Lösungen über Embedded Boards und Speicher bis hin zu Industrial PCs und kundenspezifischen Systemlösungen. Dabei begleiten wir unsere Kunden von der ersten Idee über die technische Auswahl und Integration bis zum marktfähigen Produkt.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Strategische und operative Verantwortung für definierte Produktlinien im Bereich HMI & Embedded Systems
  • Identifikation neuer Technologien, Hersteller und Produkte zur gezielten Erweiterung des Produktportfolios
  • Aufbau und Pflege strategischer Beziehungen zu internationalen Herstellern und Technologiepartnern
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb bei strategisch wichtigen Kunden und Projekten
  • Unterstützung bei technischen Kundenanfragen und komplexen Produktauswahlen
  • Durchführung von Produkttrainings, Workshops und Präsentationen für Vertrieb, Kunden und Partner
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Produktinformationen, technischen Unterlagen, Präsentationen und Marketingmaterialien
  • Ableitung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Steigerung von Umsatz, Profitabilität und Marktanteil
  • Koordination von Musterstellungen, Evaluation Kits, Produktmustern und technischen Evaluierungen
  • Unterstützung bei Design-In-Projekten und kundenspezifischen Lösungen
  • Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des Produktportfolios entsprechend den Anforderungen des Marktes und unserer Kunden

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Elektronik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Informatik oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Produktmanagement, technischen Vertrieb, Business Development oder Product Line Management
  • Erfahrung mit elektronischen Komponenten, Embedded Systems oder industriellen Technologien
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse in einem oder mehreren Bereichen wie Displays, Touchscreens, Embedded Computing, Industrial PCs oder Speichertechnologien
  • Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis und Interesse an neuen Technologien
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit internationalen Herstellern und Lieferanten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen internationalen Dienstreisen

Du denkst unternehmerisch, arbeitest gerne mit internationalen Partnern und hast Freude daran, aus Technologie ein erfolgreiches Produktgeschäft zu entwickeln. Dabei bist du sowohl Technologie-Scout als auch Produktstratege, Herstellerpartner und Ansprechpartner für den Vertrieb.
