Für unseren Standort in Unterhaching suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n Qualitätsmanager/in / QMB (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.

Die HY-LINE ist seit 35 Jahren erfolgreicher Distributor und Value-Added Reseller namhafter Hersteller von elektro­ni­schen Bauteilen und Modulen. Sie ist der Partner für die Beschaffung und den Vertrieb von elektronischen Bauteilen bis zur Entwicklung von Komplettsystemen in den Bereichen Human Maschine Interfaces, Embedded Computing Systems, Wireless Technologien, Strom­ver­sor­gung, Leistungselektronik und Signal­management für den gesamten EU-Markt.

Die HY-LINE Holding versteht sich als Dienstleister der HY-LINE Gruppe und übernimmt u.a. die Bereiche Human Resources, Marketingkommunikation, E&C, IT-Services und Buchhaltung & Controlling für die Firmen in Deutschland und der Schweiz. Das Unternehmen gehört zur Blue Cap Gruppe. Der Standort der HY-LINE Holding ist Unterhaching bei München.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung des Qualitätsmanagementsystems
  • Sicherstellung und Überwachung von Qualitätsstandards sowie gesetzlichen Vorgaben
  • Übernahme der Funktion des Qualitätsmanagementbeauftragten (QMB)
  • Planung, Durchführung und Begleitung interner und externer Audits
  • Analyse von Qualitätsabweichungen sowie Einleitung und Verfolgung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
  • Erstellung und Pflege von QM-Dokumentationen, Prozessen und Arbeitsanweisungen
  • Unterstützung der Fachbereiche in normativen Anforderungen kundenspezifischer Qualitätsnorm-Anforderungen
  • Verantwortlicher Ansprechpartner für Zertifizierungen (z. B. ISO 9001) sowie für interne und externe Qualitätsthemen
  • Schulung und Sensibilisierung der Mitarbeitenden im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement
  • Wahrnehmung der SiBe-Aufgaben im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit und Arbeitsschutz

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement, Ingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement, idealerweise mit Erfahrung als QMB
  • Kenntnisse relevanter Normen und Standards
  • Erfahrung in Audits
  • Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Teamfähigkeit
  • Ausbildung zum SiBe und Erfahrung im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit und Arbeitsschutz
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
