The Role

Our Client is seeking an experienced Creator Success Manager to own end-to-end relationships with some of the most influential creators on their platform.

This hybrid position blends high-impact talent acquisition with high-touch account management. On the acquisition side, the candidate will relentlessly identify, approach, and onboard high-value creators. Once onboarded, the candidate will act as their primary partner—building trusted relationships, delivering an exceptional level of service, and proactively driving strategies to grow creator audience engagement, activation, and long-term earnings.

Sitting at the center of the ecosystem, the successful candidate will work cross-functionally with Our Client's Product, Growth, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure creator feedback directly influences the platform's evolution.

  • Position Type: Full-Time / Fully Remote
  • Scope of Role: Drive the acquisition, onboarding, and ongoing success of creators on the platform, with a primary focus on bringing top-tier talent onto the platform and maximizing earnings for VIP creator partners.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Acquire Top Creators: Prospect, approach, pitch, and convert high-value creators, talent managers, and agencies into active platform partners.
  • Own Creator Onboarding: Guide creators through the full onboarding journey—from initial conversations and contracting to content collection, Digital Twin creation, profile setup, and launch.
  • Manage VIP Relationships: Serve as the dedicated, high-touch point of contact for key creators and talent managers, providing world-class support and relationship management.
  • Drive Creator Activation & Engagement: Proactively work with creators to ensure they actively promote and utilize their Digital Twins rather than becoming inactive post-launch.
  • Grow Creator Earnings: Analyze performance metrics to identify and pitch proactive strategies that boost creator engagement, audience promotion, and monetisation.
  • Represent the Creator Internally: Synthesize and champion creator feedback, feature requests, and operational pain points across Our Client's Product, Growth, Marketing, and Operations teams.
  • Rapid Problem Solving: Take immediate ownership of creator issues or inquiries, coordinating internally to deliver swift resolutions.
  • Track & Analyze Performance: Monitor pipeline metrics, onboarding velocity, creator activity, account health, retention, and revenue performance.
  • Scale the Creator Program: Continuously refine and optimize Our Client's acquisition, onboarding, communication, and support workflows as the platform expands globally.
  • External Ecosystem Representation: Represent Our Client across the creator ecosystem, attending key industry, creator, and talent management conferences.

Experience & Hard Skills

  • Proven experience working directly with creators, influencers, talent managers, agencies, or creator-led businesses.
  • Demonstrated track record in talent acquisition, partnerships, creator success, or VIP account management.
  • Strong commercial mindset with proven confidence pitching, negotiating, and converting target creator opportunities.
  • Data-literate approach to talent management—ability to interpret performance metrics and turn insights into actionable earnings growth.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a track record of managing a robust pipeline of prospective, onboarding, and active creators concurrently.

  • NSFW Comfortable: Comfortable working with creators and content where both SFW and adult/uncensored material may be present.

Bonus Points

  • Established relationships across the creator, influencer, OnlyFans, or talent management ecosystems.
  • Prior experience managing major celebrity talent or high-volume VIP creators.
  • Background in creator subscription platforms, fan engagement tools, adult entertainment, dating, or social media.
  • Direct experience optimizing creator monetization, fan retention, and audience conversion.
  • An established network of talent managers, agency representatives, and creator representatives.
