Senior Advertiser Manager

Limassol, Cyprus

Work Model: Fully Onsite (5 days per week) during the first 4 months, followed by a Hybrid model (4 days per week from the office).

About Our Client

Our client is an established performance marketing leader experiencing an exciting phase of rapid growth. Driven by expanding traffic volumes and strong publisher relationships, they are looking for an experienced Senior Advertiser Manager to take ownership of one of the most commercially critical areas of their business: maximizing the value of their traffic through strategic advertiser partnerships.

Rather than maintaining the status quo, this role is built for a proactive commercial driver who can expand our client's advertiser network, optimize pricing, and unlock new monetization opportunities—including a heavy investment in expanding their CPC revenue stream.

What the Role Entails

  • Portfolio Ownership & Monetization: Take complete ownership of the advertiser portfolio, ensuring high-quality traffic is consistently matched with top-value buyers across CPL, CPC, API, Email Passing, Smartlinks, and other performance marketing models.
  • Network Expansion & Negotiation: Identify new advertiser opportunities, build direct partner relationships, and foster healthy competition among buyers to maximize revenue, improve payout rates, and boost margins.
  • CPC Growth Strategy: Play a key role in expanding our client's strategic CPC offering by leveraging past experience in selling CPC traffic, establishing best practices, and growing this revenue stream from the ground up.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Work closely with internal teams to monitor campaign performance, refine traffic allocation, address underperforming partnerships, and execute commercial improvements based on actionable data insights.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Continuously evaluate emerging affiliate networks, direct advertisers, and novel monetization avenues to elevate the long-term value of our client's traffic.

Candidate Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of direct experience managing advertiser relationships within affiliate, lead generation, ad network, or performance marketing environments.
  • Proven track record of selling traffic across CPL, CPC, CPA, and performance-based models.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to improve payouts and scale commercial partnerships.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard tracking platforms (e.g., Everflow, TUNE, Affise) and CRM systems (Monday.com).
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and performance reporting dashboards.
  • Industry Experience: Exposure to dating or other highly competitive verticals (e.g., iGaming, Crypto, Forex) is strongly preferred. Experience launching or scaling CPC advertiser programs is a major advantage.
