This is a leadership role responsible for the overall success of the event—owning strategy, execution, revenue performance, and team leadership.

You will act as the driving force behind the event, combining strategic thinking with hands-on delivery to ensure HLTH Europe continues to scale as a best-in-class global event.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Event & Team Leadership

  • Own and continuously evolve the master project plan, ensuring alignment across all functions
  • Run agile project cycles and “sprints” to deliver key milestones and drive momentum
  • Inspire, manage, and develop a cross-functional team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture
  • Be hands-on in delivery—comfortable executing as well as leading

Commercial Accountability

  • Own and deliver the full event revenue across sponsorship, exhibition, hosted buyers, and delegate ticket sales
  • Work closely with the sales team to maximise all revenue opportunities and optimise performance
  • Actively contribute to sales, including closing high-value sponsorship deals with global brands and tech companies
  • Oversee pipeline management, sales reporting, and forecasting
  • Develop and evolve sponsorship inventory, including creating innovative, high-value commercial opportunities

Product Development & Innovation

  • Continuously enhance the HLTH Europe event to ensure it remains industry-leading
  • Identify and implement new ideas across pricing models, content formats, audience experiences, and partnerships
  • Stay ahead of healthcare, digital health, AI, payer, provider, pharmaceutical, and policy trends shaping the future of healthcare innovation
  • Champion a customer-first mindset, ensuring the event delivers exceptional value for all stakeholders

Business Development & Partnerships

  • Build and maintain senior relationships with key industry stakeholders in healthcare and health technology, including brands, agencies, platforms, and associations
  • Identify and secure strategic partnerships to expand the reach and influence of HLTH Europe
  • Act as an ambassador for the event within the global healthcare and technology ecosystem

P&L Ownership

  • Own the full event P&L, ensuring strong financial performance and profitability
  • Manage cost control, budgeting, and team spend
  • Deliver accurate and timely revenue forecasting across all revenue streams
  • Regularly review and adjust forecasts based on performance and market conditions

ABOUT YOU

  • Proven experience leading high-performing teams (minimum 3+ years)
  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience delivering complex, large-scale events or projects
  • Demonstrated success in owning and exceeding commercial targets (revenue and profit)
  • Strong sales capability, with experience closing high-value sponsorship deals
  • Experience launching or scaling event products, ideally in international markets
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, delivery-focused mindset
  • Highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?
