The posting

Requirements:

  • Education: A Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN) or in a closely related healthcare field is required. A Masters degree in Nursing or a relevant discipline must be completed from an accredited institution.
  • Experience: A minimum of 12 years of professional experience in nursing practice, healthcare administration, education, or a related field. Experience in clinical practice, teaching, or healthcare program management will be considered an asset.
  • Licensure/Certification: Current and valid nursing license/registration in good standing (if the position involves clinical or direct patient care responsibilities). NCLEX passer preferred. IELTS or TOEFL passer preferred to demonstrate English language proficiency. Additional certifications relevant to the specialty area are an advantage.
  • Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of nursing practices, healthcare systems, and patient care standards. Ability to apply evidence-based practices in a clinical or academic setting. Excellent communication, teamwork, and critical-thinking skills. Competence in research, data analysis, or program evaluation is an advantage.
