We are building a dedicated pool of highly skilled nurses across a wide range of specialties to meet the diverse needs of our clients. This flexible workforce allows us to provide timely, reliable, and specialized nursing support—whether for short-term coverage, long-term assignments, or unique healthcare requirements. By drawing from a pool of qualified professionals, we ensure that each client is matched with nurses whose expertise aligns with their specific care environment and patient population.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) Bachelors in Nursing
  • Licensure/Certification:NCLEX Passer required, IELTS Passer preferred
  • Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience; prior float/pool experience preferred.
  • Skills: Strong clinical judgment and adaptability. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to quickly learn and follow policies and protocols across different sites. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
