Zin om te werken in een callcenter waar je nog een warm gesprek kan voeren? Word het eerste aanspreekpunt van onze zorgorganisatie en maak het verschil voor iedereen aan de andere kant van de lijn!Wat ga je doen?Klanten gelukkig maken, voor minder ga jij niet. Als eerstelijnshulp:

  • Begeleid je klanten vlot naar het antwoord op hun vragen door te luisteren, advies te geven of door ze te verwijzen.
  • Beantwoord en behandel je 90% van je tijd telefoons.
  • Bied je hulp via mail en bij online aanvragen.
  • Heb je een veranderend uurrooster. We brengen je telkens 6 weken op voorhand op de hoogte. Zo sta je nooit voor verrassingen.
  • Ben je flexibel. Je werkt 38 uur per week: Flexibel contract: van maandag tot zondag, tussen 6.30 en 22 uur. Gemiddeld werk je 1 weekend op 3.

Je krijgt een warme werkplek in ons kantoor in de Tramstraat 61 in Zwijnaarde.

  • Deze vacature kadert binnen het generatiepact, en heeft tot doel jongeren kennis te laten maken met de zorgsector en meer kansen te bieden op de arbeidsmarkt. Vandaar dat er 2 voorwaarden zijn waaraan kandidaten in eerste instantie moeten voldoen: Je mag de leeftijd van 30 jaar nog niet bereikt hebben. EN met hoogst behaalde diploma secundair onderwijs. Een secundair diploma in de zorg komt niet in aanmerking.
  • Je spreekt perfect Nederlands. Een goede kennis van het Frans is een groot pluspunt.
  • Passie om mensen te helpen
  • Sociaal en communicatief: jouw glimlach is voelbaar tot aan de andere kant van de lijn
  • Empathisch: je hebt een luisterend oor
  • Klantgericht, je hebt geduld, de klant komt steeds op nummer 1
  • Oplossingsgericht: je denkt mee met de klant
  • Computervaardig: je kan goed overweg met een computer en de meest gangbare programma’s, zoals Microsoft Office
  • Flexibel: je bent bereid om een veranderend uurrooster aan te gaan (inclusief weekendwerk).
