The posting

Dans le cadre de notre croissance en Suisse romande, nous recherchons un(e) expert(e) IAM senior capable de conjuguer expertise technique, pilotage de projets, management d'équipe et développement d'activité.

MISSIONS DU POSTE

  • Stratégie et expertise IAM : Concevoir et piloter des programmes IAM stratégiques, accompagner les clients dans l’évolution de leur stratégie et intervenir sur les solutions SailPoint IIQ/ISC, Okta et Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Pilotage et management : Diriger des projets IAM complexes, coordonner les équipes métiers, IT et sécurité, et encadrer et développer les compétences des consultants.
  • Développement commercial et partenariats : Contribuer à l’avant-vente, aux appels d’offres, au développement de l’offre IAM d’I-TRACING Suisse et à l’animation des relations avec les partenaires technologiques.
  • Veille et rayonnement : Assurer une veille technologique et marché, participer aux événements locaux et renforcer la visibilité d’I-TRACING dans l’écosystème IAM.

Comment savoir si je peux vous rejoindre ?

Must have :

  • Formation et expérience : Formation supérieure en informatique ou cybersécurité, avec 8 à 15 ans d’expérience en IAM, dont au moins 5 ans sur SailPoint.
  • Expertise technique : Maîtrise de SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ), SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) et Microsoft Entra ID. Une certification SailPoint Engineer (IIQ et/ou ISC) est obligatoire.
  • Leadership et gestion de projets : Expérience confirmée dans le pilotage de projets IAM d’envergure et le management ou la coordination d’équipes techniques.
  • Développement commercial : Expérience en avant-vente, réponses aux appels d’offres, développement d’offres de services, développement commercial et gestion de partenaires.
  • Compétences relationnelles et linguistiques : Excellente communication avec des interlocuteurs techniques, métiers et exécutifs. Maîtrise professionnelle du français et de l’anglais.

Nice to have :

  • Connaissance d’Okta, Saporo et Memority, ainsi que des technologies Microsoft Entra ID/Azure.
  • Expérience en cabinet de conseil ou ESN spécialisée, bonne connaissance du marché suisse et maîtrise de l’allemand.
