Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Bereitstellung von 1st und 2nd Level IT-Support für IT-Services und -Devices sowie Digital Signage. Die Tätigkeit umfasst das Transportieren sowie das Heben und Tragen von Equipment und erfordert das sichere Arbeiten auf Leitern.
  • Verwaltung und Unterstützung von Microsoft 365 Anwendungen (z.B. Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Copilot).
  • Benutzer- und Gruppenmanagement (z.B.: Microsoft Entra ID und andere Applikationen).
  • Betreuung von Geräten (Windows und iOS/iPadOS).
  • Verwaltung des IT-Inventars.
  • Mitwirkung bei IT-Projekten und Unterstützung der Digitalisierung des Unternehmens.
  • Durchführung von Fehlerdiagnosen und -behebungen sowie Dokumentation der durchgeführten Maßnahmen.

Ihr Profil:

  • Hohes Interesse an modernen Technologien und eine proaktive, selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie Lernbereitschaft.
  • Analytische Denkweise und kundenorientiertes bzw. lösungsorientiertes Handeln.
  • Experimentierfreudig und legt Wert auf Genauigkeit
  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH oder vergleichbar).
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse.
  • Berufserfahrung im IT-Support oder eine ITIL-Ausbildung von Vorteil.
  • Engagement zur Verbesserung der IT-Service-Management-Prozesse.
