Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sie sind erste Ansprechperson für Kund:innen, Besucher:innen und Geschäftspartner:innen im Austria Center Vienna.
  • Sie bearbeiten telefonische und schriftliche Anfragen, erteilen Auskünfte und leiten Anliegen an die zuständigen Stellen weiter.
  • Sie servicieren Besucher:innen und unterstützen bei allgemeinen Serviceleistungen wie Auskünften, Reservierungen oder Empfehlungen.
  • Sie verwalten Fundgegenstände und übernehmen administrative Tätigkeiten im Front Office.
  • Sie unterstützen unsere Projektleiter:innen bei Veranstaltungen vor Ort und übernehmen flexibel organisatorische, koordinative und operative Aufgaben für einen reibungslosen Veranstaltungsablauf.

Ihr Profil:

  • Einschlägige Ausbildung und Erfahrung in der Tourismus-, Veranstaltungs- oder Dienstleistungsbranche
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil
  • Gepflegtes und freundliches Auftreten
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Serviceorientierung und Teamfähigkeit
  • Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Selbstständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Eigeninitiative sowie die Fähigkeit, mitzudenken und auch über den Tellerrand hinauszublicken
  • Humor und Freude an der Arbeit.
