De Rol

Als Technisch Support Engineer bij IAS ben jij de schakel tussen de technische uitdagingen van onze klanten en de oplossingen die we bieden. Je levert eerstelijns- en/of tweedelijnsondersteuning en zorgt voor snelle en effectieve oplossingen die bijdragen aan een hoge klanttevredenheid.

Jouw taken:

  • Bieden van technische ondersteuning via telefoon, e-mail en chat voor de retailers van onze klanten.
  • Oplossen en diagnosticeren van technische problemen met automotive producten en systemen.
  • Samenwerken met interne teams om technische problemen efficiënt aan te pakken.
  • Documentatie en kennisdeling door middel van technische documentatie en kennisbankartikelen.
  • Escaleren van complexe issues naar de juiste specialisten op nationaal en EU-niveau.

Wat verwachten wij?

  • Je houdt van een gezellige, positieve werkomgeving en bent niet vies van een beetje FUN 😉.

  • Je bent communicatief sterk en beheerst het Nederlands, Frans en Engels uitstekend (zowel mondeling als schriftelijk). Een vierde taal? Nog mooier!
  • Minimaal 3 jaar relevante ervaring in autotechnologie en technische training is een pré, maar ook ambitieuze starters zijn van harte welkom!
  • Je hebt een bachelor, bij voorkeur in Automotive Engineering, Automotive Technology of Werktuigbouwkunde, of je hebt vergelijkbare ervaring opgebouwd.
