Wat ga jij doen?

  • Trainingen ontwikkelen & vernieuwen: In het begin werk je met bestaand materiaal, daarna bouw je zelf aan innovatieve oefeningen.🔧
  • Training geven: Geen saaie lessen, maar interactieve sessies waar deelnemers aan je lippen hangen.🎤
  • Individueel groeipotentieel zien: Jij kijkt verder dan de techniek en helpt mensen écht vooruit.
  • Internationaal leren & groeien: 20% van je tijd volg je zelf toptrainingen in binnen- en buitenland.
  • Persoonlijke coaching: Via ons Certificatie-programma en mentorship til jij jezelf naar een hoger niveau.

Jouw werkweek in een notendop:

📅 Maandag: Dag 5 in je voorbereidingstijd: je verdiept je in de modules, oefent je presentatie en bouwt je trainingslokaal op.

📅 Dinsdag, woensdag & donderdag: show time; training geven! Theorie en praktijk combineren om deelnemers écht te laten groeien.

📅 Vrijdag: training afsluiten, feedback verwerken en je aanpak verfijnen. Daarna nog even je vliegtickets checken voor je train-the-trainer opleiding in Barcelona!

Welke skills neem jij mee?

  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels. Frans is een extra plus!
