As a Data & Analytics Consultant, you will be responsible for structuring an integrated Command Center data repository, consolidating information from different ITSM and Observability platforms to develop KPIs, operational and executive dashboards that support decision-making and the continuous improvement of IT operations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Define and implement architecture, integration, and data consolidation solutions from multiple sources.
  • Develop ETL/ELT pipelines, ensuring data quality, integrity, and reliability.
  • Structure data models for historical analysis, information correlation, and KPI development.
  • Develop operational, management, and executive dashboards.
  • Develop Advanced Analytics solutions using mathematical optimization, discrete event simulation, and rule-based programming techniques.
  • Build predictive models using tools such as SPSS to identify patterns and generate insights.
  • Perform statistical analysis, data mining, and data preparation to implement analytical results.
  • Manage Data Engineering projects, overseeing data collection, preparation, and mining.
  • Present analyses, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders, translating technical information into actionable business insights.
  • Support the definition and standardization of KPIs related to operational efficiency, availability, and IT service performance.
  • Apply Data Engineering principles to ensure efficient and scalable Advanced Analytics solutions.
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model in São Paulo (SP).
  • Experience in Data Engineering and Data Architecture, including Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, and Data Mesh concepts.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, data modeling, and ETL/ELT processes.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools, preferably Power BI.
  • Knowledge of data integration through APIs and databases.
  • Experience in developing metrics, dashboards, and management reports.
  • Ability to communicate with executive audiences and apply Data Storytelling techniques.
  • Experience with mathematical optimization techniques, including the development and implementation of approaches to solve complex business challenges.
  • Experience with predictive analytics tools, such as SPSS, to identify patterns and generate insights.
  • Experience in developing and managing Data Engineering solutions, including data preparation, processing, and analysis.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling, including data mining and text mining techniques.
  • Experience in managing Data Engineering projects, involving data collection, preparation, and mining, ensuring the efficient delivery of solutions.
  • Experience in IT Operations, NOC, or Command Center environments.
  • Knowledge of ITSM/ITIL, especially Event, Incident, and Problem Management.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow, Dynatrace, Grafana, or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of operational metrics: MTTD, MTTA, MTTR, SLA, and availability.
  • Experience in IT operations transformation projects and complex corporate environments.
  • Knowledge of Discrete Event Simulation.
  • Experience with rule-based programming.
  • Knowledge of text mining, data mining, and statistical analysis techniques.

Como Data & Analytics Consultant, você atuará na estruturação de um repositório integrado de dados do Command Center, consolidando informações de diferentes plataformas de ITSM e Observabilidade para a construção de indicadores, dashboards operacionais e executivos que apoiem a tomada de decisão e a melhoria contínua das operações de TI.

Suas principais responsabilidades incluirão:

  • Definir e implementar soluções de arquitetura, integração e consolidação de dados de múltiplas fontes.
  • Desenvolver pipelines de ETL/ELT, garantindo qualidade, integridade e confiabilidade dos dados.
  • Estruturar modelos de dados para análises históricas, correlação de informações e construção de indicadores.
  • Desenvolver dashboards operacionais, gerenciais e executivos.
  • Desenvolver soluções de Advanced Analytics, utilizando técnicas de otimização matemática, simulação de eventos discretos e programação baseada em regras.
  • Construir modelos preditivos utilizando ferramentas como SPSS para identificar padrões e gerar insights.
  • Realizar análises estatísticas, mineração de dados e preparação de dados para implementação dos resultados.
  • Gerenciar projetos de Engenharia de Dados, supervisionando a coleta, preparação e mineração de dados.
  • Apresentar análises, descobertas e recomendações aos stakeholders, traduzindo informações técnicas em insights acionáveis para o negócio.
  • Apoiar a definição e padronização de KPIs relacionados à eficiência operacional, disponibilidade e desempenho dos serviços de TI.
  • Aplicar princípios de Engenharia de Dados para garantir soluções eficientes e escaláveis de Advanced Analytics.
  • Disponibilidade para atuação em modelo híbrido na cidade de São Paulo (SP).
  • Experiência em Engenharia e Arquitetura de Dados, incluindo Data Lake, Data Warehouse e conceitos de Data Mesh.
  • Conhecimento sólido em SQL, Python, modelagem de dados e processos de ETL/ELT.
