As a Senior Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients and transformation leaders, defining, leading, and governing the end-to-end change management strategy for large-scale business and digital transformation programs. You will partner closely with executive stakeholders, business leaders, and delivery teams to ensure the successful adoption of new operating models, technologies, processes, and ways of working, while aligning change initiatives with strategic business objectives and expected outcomes.

Your primary responsibilities include: * Enterprise Change Strategy Leadership: Define and govern comprehensive change management strategies that support complex transformation programs, ensuring alignment between business objectives, organizational priorities, and measurable adoption outcomes. * Executive Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a strategic advisor to client executives and C-level leaders, building sponsorship, influencing decision-making, and driving organizational commitment throughout the transformation journey. * Transformation Adoption & Impact Management: Lead multidisciplinary Change, Training, and Communications teams to translate business vision into scalable adoption strategies, execution roadmaps, and sustainable change interventions that accelerate business value realization. * Organizational Readiness & Risk Mitigation: Assess organizational impacts, anticipate adoption risks and resistance, and implement proactive mitigation strategies to ensure successful transition and long-term behavioral change. * Benefits Realization & Sustainable Outcomes: Establish governance frameworks, adoption metrics, and success indicators to measure transformation effectiveness and ensure sustained business outcomes through structured organizational change management practices.

  • Perfil senior de Organizational Change Management con experiencia en implementaciones SAP/ERP de gran escala, idealmente SAP S/4HANA.
  • Experiencia end-to-end en adopción, stakeholder management, comunicaciones, capacitación, readiness, cutover, go-live e hypercare.
  • Manejo de metodologías formales de cambio, como IBM Change, Prosci o equivalente.
  • Inglés profesional y disponibilidad para trabajo presencial en etapas críticas.
  • Experiencia en manufactura/CPG será un diferenciador.
  • Experiencia en programas SAP multi-ola, pilotos y rollouts, incluyendo transición o convivencia entre ECC y S/4HANA;
  • Conocimiento de procesos intercompañía y soluciones como Blue Yonder, EWM y Fiori;
  • Certificaciones Prosci, CCMP o IBM Change y experiencia en learning design, adopción, readiness y KPIs post Go-Live;
  • Experiencia trabajando con squads ágiles, Sponsors, Process Change Leads, Key Users y PMO;
  • Manejo de Excel/Power BI para seguimiento y dashboards;
  • Experiencia en bebidas/CPG, preferentemente en México o Latinoamérica.
