Estudiante universitario de Sistemas/Ingeniería Industrial/Economía con conocimientos básicos de Finanzas y, como estudiante, experiencia en manejar herramientas de IA que utilizará como apoyo en sus labores.

Como Consultor/a de Aplicaciones para ServiceNow, brinda soporte en configuración y mantenimiento para la implementación de productos de software. Colabora en la definición de la estrategia de ServiceNow y aporta al diseño de soluciones.

Las principales responsabilidades incluyen:

• Asistir en el desarrollo de la estrategia: Aprender sobre la creación de una estrategia de ServiceNow basada en valor frente a esfuerzo y participar en la preparación de modelos de costo-beneficio.

• Contribuir al diseño de soluciones: Participar en la estimación de esfuerzos y actividades de costeo para adaptar las soluciones a las pautas presupuestarias.

• Brindar soporte en la implementación: Participar en garantizar la implementación exitosa y el cumplimiento de los plazos del proyecto.

• Explorar componentes técnicos: Analizar componentes técnicos como LDAP, VPN y SSL, y comprender su aplicación en la implementación de ServiceNow.

• Interactuar con clientes: Asistir en la negociación con los clientes y comprender sus requisitos para implementar soluciones personalizadas.

• Experiencia con ServiceNow Configuration: Familiaridad con la configuración y el mantenimiento de la implementación de productos de software en ServiceNow.

• Dominio técnico de ITIL Processes: Conocimiento de la gestión de servicios y los procesos ITIL, incluyendo su aplicación en los módulos de ServiceNow.

• Sólido conocimiento de Web Technologies: Interés en tecnologías web como XML, HTML y Web Services, y su integración con ServiceNow.

• Capacidad para identificar Technical Components: Comprensión básica de componentes técnicos como LDAP, VPN y SSL, y su función en la implementación de ServiceNow.

• Conocimiento de Cost-Benefit Analysis: Experiencia con modelos de costo-beneficio y estimación de esfuerzos en el contexto del diseño e implementación de soluciones.

• Familiaridad con scripting: Conocimiento de lenguajes de scripting utilizados en la implementación de ServiceNow, como Jelly o GlideScript.

• Dominio técnico de módulos ITSM: Comprensión básica de los módulos de Gestión de Servicios de TI (ITSM) en ServiceNow, incluyendo gestión de incidentes, problemas y cambios.

• Sólido conocimiento en plataformas en la nube: Interés en plataformas en la nube y su integración con ServiceNow, incluyendo servicios basados en la nube y modelos de implementación.
