As a Process Delivery Specialist in Procurement Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), you will manage internal transactions related to ordering and receiving services and handle procurement data. You will conduct daily process transactions, identify opportunities for process and operational improvements, and work to maximize the efficiency of transaction-flow and reporting.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Manage Internal Transactions: Conduct daily process transactions, ensuring accurate and timely ordering and receiving of services, and handle procurement data to maintain efficient transaction-flow and reporting.

• Identify Improvement Opportunities: Analyze current processes and operations to identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

• Support Vendor Engagement: Assist in vendor engagement and contracting processes, including product research, cost analysis, inventory control, contract negotiation, vendor management, supplier evaluation, purchasing, and supply chain activities.

• Execute Procurement Activities: Perform procurement-related tasks, such as purchasing and supply chain activities, to ensure effective execution of procurement processes.

• Maintain Efficiency: Work to maximize the efficiency of transaction-flow and reporting, ensuring that procurement processes are executed effectively and efficiently.

• Exposure to Procurement Processes: Experience working with procurement systems, conducting daily process transactions, and handling procurement data to maintain efficient transaction-flow and reporting.

• Understanding of Operational Improvements: Familiarity with analyzing current processes and operations to identify areas for improvement, and proposing solutions to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

• Basic Knowledge of Vendor Management: Exposure to vendor engagement and contracting processes, including product research, cost analysis, and inventory control.

• Experience with Transaction Management: Experience working with transaction management systems to ensure accurate and timely ordering and receiving of services.

• Familiarity with Supply Chain Activities: Basic understanding of purchasing and supply chain activities to ensure effective execution of procurement processes.

• Procurement Systems Knowledge: Exposure to procurement systems, including conducting daily process transactions and handling procurement data to maintain efficient transaction-flow and reporting.

• Operational Improvement Analysis: Familiarity with analyzing current processes and operations to identify areas for improvement, and proposing solutions to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

• Vendor Management Basics: Exposure to vendor engagement and contracting processes, including product research, cost analysis, and inventory control.

Como Especialista en Implementación de Procesos en Externalización de Procesos de Negocio (BPO) de Compras, es responsable de gestionar transacciones internas relacionadas con la solicitud y recepción de servicios, así como de manejar datos de compras. Realiza transacciones diarias de procesos, identifica oportunidades de mejora en procesos y operaciones, e impulsa la eficiencia en el flujo de transacciones y la generación de informes.

Las principales responsabilidades incluyen:

• Gestionar transacciones internas: Realizar transacciones diarias de procesos, garantizando la precisión y oportunidad en la solicitud y recepción de servicios, y manejar datos de compras para mantener un flujo de transacciones y generación de informes eficiente.

• Identificar oportunidades de mejora: Analizar los procesos y operaciones actuales para detectar áreas de mejora y proponer soluciones que optimicen la eficiencia y eficacia.

• Brindar soporte en la gestión con proveedores: Apoyar en los procesos de participación y contratación con proveedores, incluyendo investigación de productos, análisis de costos, control de inventario, negociación de contratos, gestión de proveedores, evaluación de suministros, compras y actividades de la cadena de suministro.

• Ejecutar actividades de compras: Llevar a cabo tareas relacionadas con compras y la cadena de suministro para asegurar la ejecución efectiva de los procesos de adquisición.

• Mantener la eficiencia: Trabajar para maximizar la eficiencia en el flujo de transacciones y la generación de informes, asegurando que los procesos de compras se ejecuten de manera efectiva y eficiente.

• Experiencia con procesos de adquisiciones: Experiencia en el trabajo con sistemas de adquisiciones, realización de transacciones diarias y gestión de datos de compras para mantener un flujo de transacciones eficiente y la generación de informes.
