  • Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Konzeption, Planung, Durchführung und den Go Live Support für Dynamics CRM / CE Projekte bei unseren Kunden
  • Du berätst unsere Kunden bei der Gestaltung und Optimierung ihrer Geschäftsprozesse in Bereichen Sales, Service und Marketing auf der Microsoft Power Plattform
  • Du identifizierst Optimierungspotentiale, kommunizierst aktiv mit den Kunden und dokumentierst laufend Projektfortschritt und -ergebnisse
  • Du konzipierst Lösungen auf Basis von Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM / CE) sowie Power Apps (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Virtual Agents, Copilot) und setzt diese bei unseren Kunden um
  • Du beherrschst Dual Write zur Integration zwischen Dynamics 365 CE und F&SCM
  • Du hast idealerweise ebenfalls Kenntnisse in Power BI, Copilot und den CE Modulen Field Service und Customer Service
  • Du verfügst über eine mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Implementierung der Dynamics CRM / CE (SaaS) Lösung in unterschiedlichen Branchen
  • Du bist mit den Möglichkeiten der Microsoft Power Plattform vertraut und wendest diese sicher in der Umsetzung von Kundenanforderungen an
  • Du analysierst gerne neue Releases in der Roadmap der Dynamics CRM / CE Lösung und adaptierst diese in ICB-Business Cases / Kunden

Was Dich auszeichnet

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Du verfügst über mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement oder im Consulting der Microsoft Dynamics CRM / CE Lösung
  • Du verfügst über mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Konzeption und Begleitung von Dynamics CRM / CE SaaS Projekten (in unterschiedlichen Branchen)
  • Du bringst die Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen nationalen und internationalen Reisen, sowie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und Englischkenntnisse mit
  • Du hast Spaß am direkten Kontakt mit Kunden / Partnern und Kollegen und arbeitest dich gerne in neue Bereiche / Module und Industrien ein
