Als herstellerunabhängige Beratung für ERP-Lösungen im Mittelstand, setzt die ICB auf prozesstiefe Agentenunterstützung. Nicht durch das bloße Anbinden von Claude oder ChatGPT an bestehende Workflows, sondern durch KI-Agenten, die fest in unsere Beratungsmethodik integriert sind, unser Team unterstützen und unser Fachwissen skalierbar machen. Du wirkst aktiv bei der Gestaltung und Umsetzung dieser Transformation mit.

  • Du unterstützt bei der Konzeption und Umsetzung von KI-Agenten, die interne Prozesse beschleunigen oder vollständig automatisieren - über die gesamte Bandbreite unserer Beratungsarbeit hinweg
  • Du erhältst tiefe Einblicke in die Orchestrierung und Agentisierung von KI-Systemen sowie in den Umgang mit LLMs und deren Integration in bestehende Anwendungen
  • Du arbeitest in einem interdisziplinären Team mit erfahrenen Expert:innen aus Beratung, Architektur und Entwicklung
  • Du beschäftigst dich mit modernen Technologien und Methoden rund um Prompting, Chunking, Vektorisierung, Agentisierung, Orchestrierung und die Nutzung von Large Language Models

Was Dich auszeichnet

  • Du studierst aktuell im Bereich der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Mathematik mit IT-Affinität oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit KI-Tools wie Claude Code, Codex oder vergleichbaren Anwendungen und nutzt KI bereits aktiv im Studium oder in eigenen Projekten
  • Du zeichnest dich durch eine strukturierte, analytische Arbeitsweise und ein gutes Gefühl für Prozesse und Methodik aus
  • Du hattest idealerweise bereits erste Berührungspunkte mit dem LLM-Ökosystem (z. B. Prompting, Vektorisierung, Agent-Frameworks) – Grundkenntnisse in einer Programmiersprache wie z. B. Python, im Umgang mit Datenbanken (z. B. PostgreSQL) sowie mit Cloud-Plattformen wie Google Cloud und modernen KI-Toolchains sind ein Plus
  • Du verfügst über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
