Job Summary: If you are looking to make a difference in people live and passionate about the healthcare sector ICG-Medical is looking for a vibrant Consultant who is confident, has people skills, wants better working hours and enjoys speaking to people and over looking to explore into a new industry.

What will you be doing?

- Generating leads and sourcing Social care/Homecare professional.

- Building strong relationships with candidates, clients, and referral networks.

- Using social media, databases, and other channels to identify new talent.

- Managing candidate pipelines, databases, and availability.

- Conducting welfare calls and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

- Developing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

- Supporting compliance processes and ensuring candidate documentation is up to date.

What are we looking for?

- Graduates

- At least 1 year of work experience.

- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Making 150 calls per day to attract the right candidates

- A passion for people, relationship-building, and delivering outstanding service.

- A proactive, positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

- A graduate or undergraduate degree is welcome.

- Willingness to work UK shifts from our Gurugram office.
