岗位简介 我们是大模型领域创业团队，寻找算力与API资源负责人，全权负责公司GPU、CPU、算力租赁、第三方API全链路资源管理。从算力需求规划、供应商商务采购，到内部资源分配、配额下发、账号密钥管理、使用监控、闲置资源回收，端到端负责算力资产全生命周期，保障研发稳定、控制成本，管好所有算力相关资产与访问凭证。 岗位职责 1. 对齐研发团队做轻量化算力需求评估，对GPU、CPU、算力租赁、第三方API做方案选型，完成TCO/ROI测算；轻量预判中长期算力需求，提前储备供应商渠道。 2. 开发并维护供应商生态：硬件厂商、服务器ODM、算力租赁商、云厂商、大模型API服务商，搭建备选供给方案，降低单一供应商依赖。 3. 负责算力硬件、算力租赁、API服务的寻源、比价、商务谈判、合同跟进与交付验收；监控供应链、价格、政策风险，保障业务资源稳定。 4. 算力资产与资源分配管理：搭建算力资产台账；统一管理算力实例、云资源、全部API账号、密钥、访问凭证；根据研发需求做算力/API配额分配与下发，持续监控资源用量，回收闲置资源；管控账号权限，防范密钥泄露、资源滥用与超额支出。 5. 跟踪算力行业、芯片、API市场动态，挖掘降本机会；落实采购合同、贸易合规及内控流程，定期复盘算力使用成本。 6. 协同研发、财务团队，平衡技术需求、预算与交付周期，适配创业公司快速迭代节奏。

任职要求 1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、电子工程、供应链、金融相关专业优先；3–8年算力、云计算、芯片或API相关经验，产业投资、战略、算力采购、云厂商资源管理背景均可。 2. 具备基础算力技术认知，理解GPU/CPU、AI集群、模型推理逻辑，能够和研发团队顺畅沟通；熟悉NVIDIA体系，了解国产算力与API为佳。 3. 具备成本测算与ROI思维，擅长轻量化资源规划，不依赖重型预测模型。 4. 拥有算力硬件、算力租赁、云或大模型API供应商资源优先；有算力资源分配、API账号/密钥、配额管理、资产台账实战经验。 5. 极强落地执行能力，适应创业公司多任务并行；细心严谨，重视账号与密钥安全，可应对供应链突发问题。 优先加分项 • AI创业公司、云厂商、服务器/芯片厂商算力采购+资源资产分配复合背景 • 熟悉算力贸易合规，拥有海内外算力、API一手供应商资源
