Deine Aufgaben

Als Vertriebsmitarbeiter Innendienst (m/w/d) bist Du in unser Vertriebsteam integriert und für die Unterstützung unserer Vertriebsmitarbeiter im Bereich der Akquise von Neukunden und der Betreuung von Bestandskunden im deutschsprachigen Raum zuständig. Von der ersten Kontaktanbahnung bis hin zur Angebotserstellung und Verhandlung unterstützt Du unser Vertriebsteam mit gezielten Informationen und Analysen.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du berätst Interessentinnen & Interessenten telefonisch und bist somit der erste Kontaktpunkt
  • Du planst Gesprächstermine und bereitest diese vor und nach
  • Du arbeitest Angebote aus und pflegst unser CRM-System, sodass alle wichtigen Informationen aus deinen Gesprächen erfasst sind
  • Du erstellst Marktanalysen und bewertest potenzielle Neukundinnen & -kunden
  • Du pflegst und erstellst Präsentationen und Vertriebsunterlagen
  • Du arbeitest mit den anderen Teams zusammen (Account Management, Visual Branding, Advertising)

Dein Profil

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium mit Fokus auf Betriebswirtschaft, Verwaltung oder vergleichbares
  • Du zeichnest dich durch ein sicheres, freundliches und begeistertes Auftreten aus
  • Du verfügst über eine strukturierte, zielorientierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Du weißt ein hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung und Überzeugungskraft auf
  • Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Weitere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil
  • Du bist Teamfähig und hast eine hohe Lernbereitschaft
  • Du kannst sehr gut mit MS-Office (v.a. Excel, Word und PowerPoint) umgehen
