Führung und Organisation

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Projektmanagement-Teams
  • Aufbau, Weiterentwicklung und Skalierung einer leistungsfähigen Projektmanagement-Organisation
  • Coaching und Weiterentwicklung der Projektleiter hinsichtlich Methodik, Führung, Kommunikation und kommerzieller Verantwortung
  • Steuerung der Projektressourcen und Priorisierung des Projektportfolios

Projekt- und Ergebnisverantwortung

  • Gesamtverantwortung für die termin-, kosten-, qualitäts- und vertragsgerechte Umsetzung komplexer Kundenprojekte
  • Steuerung des Projektportfolios anhand definierter KPIs wie Umsatz, Marge, Cashflow, Meilensteinerreichung, Abnahme, Qualität und Kundenzufriedenheit
  • Sicherstellung einer belastbaren Projektplanung einschließlich Ressourcen, Budgets, Zeitplänen und technischen Abhängigkeiten
  • Aktive Steuerung kritischer Projekte und Übernahme der Eskalationsführung
  • Sicherstellung eines strukturierten Claim-, Change- und Nachtragsmanagements

Technische Integration und Schnittstellenmanagement

  • Koordination komplexer Automatisierungsprojekte mit AGV-, AMR- und Materialflusslösungen
  • Steuerung der Schnittstellen zwischen Fahrzeugen, Flottenmanagement, Orchestrierungssoftware, IT- und OT-Systemen
  • Koordination von Integrationen in WMS-, WCS-, MES- und ERP-Systeme, beispielsweise SAP
  • Sicherstellung eines professionellen Schnittstellenmanagements zwischen Kunde, Lieferanten, Integratoren und internen Fachbereichen
  • Abstimmung mit Sales, Solution Engineering, Softwareentwicklung, Produktmanagement, Einkauf, Produktion, Inbetriebnahme und Service
  • Planung und Steuerung von FAT, SIT, SAT, Performance-Tests, Hochlauf und Endabnahme

Kunden- und Stakeholdermanagement

  • Zentraler Ansprechpartner auf Managementebene für Kunden, Partner und interne Stakeholder
  • Aufbau belastbarer und langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen
  • Moderation von Steering Committees, Eskalationsgesprächen und Management-Reviews
  • Sicherstellung klarer Verantwortlichkeiten und belastbarer Entscheidungen in komplexen Multi-Partner-Projekten

Rollenanforderungen: Was du mitbringen solltest

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik, Logistik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer technischer Kundenprojekte mit Schwerpunkt Automation & Intralogistics
  • Nachweisbare Führungserfahrung im Projektmanagement
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in mindestens einem der Bereiche:Mobile Robotik, AGV oder AMR Intralogistik und Materialfluss Sondermaschinenbau Lager- und Produktionsautomation Robotik oder industrielle Automatisierung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Projektbudgets, Projektmargen, Forecasts, Cashflow und kommerziellen Risiken
  • Kenntnisse relevanter Standards und Methoden, beispielsweise VDI, VDA 5050, CE-Konformität, Risikobeurteilung oder funktionale Sicherheit, sind von Vorteil
  • Projektmanagement-Zertifizierung, beispielsweise PMI, IPMA, PRINCE2 oder vergleichbar, ist wünschenswert
  • Fähigkeit, Teams auch in anspruchsvollen Projektphasen zu stabilisieren und auf gemeinsame Ziele auszurichten
  • Ausgeprägtes technisches und kommerzielles Verständnis
  • Unternehmerische Denkweise und hohe Kundenorientierung
  • Sehr gute Kommunikations-, Moderations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Internationale Reisebereitschaft
