The posting

We're hiring a Demand Generation Manager to own marketing-sourced pipeline for a fast-growing fintech software company from San Francisco, CA. You'll lead account-based marketing, paid media and events, and report one pipeline number that Sales and Marketing both trust.

What you'll do

  • Own the marketing-sourced pipeline number and a funnel definition agreed with Sales
  • Run account-based marketing against a defined target list, measured on qualified meetings booked
  • Allocate paid budget across channels by cost per outcome
  • Plan and run the annual event and webinar program, remotely
  • Lead the demand team and hold agencies to written KPIs
  • Use AI tooling across research, personalization, content and campaign analysis

You may be a fit if

  • You have 8+ years in B2B demand generation, including at least 4 years marketing to the US market
  • You've owned demand generation through a growth stage of roughly $2M to $3M to $10M+ ARR
  • You've personally carried a marketing-sourced pipeline target and reported it to leadership
  • You've run account-based demand against a finite list with a meeting or demo target
  • You've owned a B2B paid budget with cost-per-outcome accountability, and you're effective with a focused budget
  • You've owned a B2B conference and event portfolio with a budget and pipeline target
  • You have cross-sell or expansion demand experience
  • You use AI tooling routinely and can show what you shipped with it
  • You've managed at least 2 direct reports for 2+ years and held an agency to KPIs
  • You're fluent in English, spoken and written: you'll present on webinars and write copy
  • You've marketed a considered, multi-stakeholder B2B purchase with a long sales cycle
  • You have a stable track record, with tenures of 18 months or more

Nice to have

  • Experience building agent or automation workflows for marketing
  • Answer-engine optimization (AEO) experience
  • Experience running AI-platform ad channels as a paid channel
  • Fintech experience (a bonus, never a requirement)
  • A network among industry conferences, associations and trade media
  • Experience with EOS, OKRs or a similar scorecard-driven cadence
  • HubSpot depth and ABM tooling
  • Experience standing up a customer advisory board or council
