Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons un Responsable d’exploitation H/F dont la mission principale sera de piloter l’équipe qui réalise l’exploitation, le dépannage et l'optimisation des installations CVC de nos clients.

En intégrant la Team Idex, vos missions et responsabilités seront les suivantes :

  • Gestion contractuelle et budgétaire du portefeuille client d’exploitation
  • Déclinaison des priorités de l’agence en projet (suivi des plans d’action et KPI’s associés, animation des routines hebdomadaires)
  • Pilotage de l’équipe : recrutement, intégration, développement des compétences, …
  • Communication efficace avec les clients et coordination des fournisseurs pour assurer la satisfaction globale

Pour maximiser vos chances de réussir chez Idex, vous devez avoir :

  • Expérience d’au moins 5 ans dans le domaine énergétique ou équivalent
  • Diplôme en génie thermique, énergétique ou équivalent
  • Permis de conduire B
  • Compétences dans la gestion d’équipe, la gestion de projet et l’optimisation budgétaire
  • Qualités managériales : engagement, exigence, simplicité, courage, responsabilité & droit à l’erreur
