Le groupe Idex et sa Direction Régionale Infrastructures Énergétiques Bâtimentaires, avec ses deux pôles “Habitat et Collectivités” et “Tertiaire et Industrie”, recrutent. Notre mission : accélérer la décarbonation en valorisant les énergies locales et bas carbone. Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons un Technicien de Maintenance Chauffage Ventilation Climatisation F/H dont la mission principale sera d’intégrer nos équipes afin de réaliser l’exploitation, le dépannage et l'optimisation des installations CVC de notre client.

En intégrant la Team Idex, vos missions et responsabilités seront les suivantes :

  • Assurer l’entretien, la maintenance préventive et corrective des installations CVC
  • Diagnostiquer et réparer les pannes des équipements
  • Effectuer des contrôles réguliers pour garantir l'efficacité énergétique des systèmes
  • Rédiger des rapports d'intervention et proposer des améliorations techniques
  • Veillez au respect des procédures de l'entreprise et du site notamment en matière de sécurité

Pour maximiser vos chances de réussir chez Idex, vous devez avoir :

  • Expérience d’au moins 5 ans dans le domaine de l’énergie
  • Diplôme en génie climatique, thermique, énergétique ou équivalent
  • Permis de conduire B
  • Habilitations électriques : BR, B1V, B2V et BC idéalement.
  • Connaissances solides en système de chauffage, ventilation et climatisation
  • Force de proposition dans la gestion et l’optimisation des installations clients
