Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesEstamos buscando por um Técnico de Implantação.🔹 O que você fará no dia a dia?Realizar implantação, configuração e customização de softwares de forma presencial e/ou remota.Ministrar treinamentos e prestar suporte aos usuários.Registrar atividades, horas trabalhadas e ocorrências em sistema.Conduzir reuniões, visitas técnicas e atendimentos para alinhamento de processos e suporte aos clientes.Elaborar documentação, relatórios, levantamentos técnicos e apoiar a elaboração de orçamentos.Participar da implementação e melhoria de soluções, apoiando projetos de implantação.Realizar viagens para atendimento a clientes, parceiros, eventos e processos licitatórios.Efetuar demonstrações técnicas e prestar suporte em processos de licitação quando necessário.Zelar pelos recursos da empresa, cumprir indicadores, normas e padrões de qualidade.Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos e para o desenvolvimento técnico da equipe.

Requisitos e qualificações🔹 O que buscamos?✅ Experiência de 6 meses a 1 ano como Técnico de Implantação, Suporte ou Vendas de Software✅ Graduação cursando ou concluída em área de Tecnologia, Ciências da Computação, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas ao ramo de atuação✅ Possuir CNH B e total disponibilidade para viagens em vários estados (você estará onde o cliente precisar!)✅ Perfil comunicativo, com postura consultiva e responsável✅ Possuir flexibilidade e maleabilidade para lidar com diferentes cenários e necessidades dos clientes🔹 Diferencial✅ Experiência na área da saúde.
