* Objetivo do trabalho: O Técnico de Implantação é responsável por apoiar a implementação das soluções educacionais da MOVPLAN em instituições de ensino. Este profissional atua diretamente na instalação, configuração e treinamento de usuários, assegurando que as soluções tecnológicas sejam integradas de maneira eficiente. O trabalho busca garantir uma experiência positiva e produtiva tanto para educadores quanto para alunos.

* Responsabilidades:

- Realiza a instalação e configuração das lousas e gabinetes da MOVPLAN, assegurando que todas as funcionalidades estejam operando corretamente.

- Conduz atendimento ao cliente para resolução de problemas técnicos e recebe feedbacks sobre as soluções implantadas, promovendo melhorias contínuas.

- Colabora com equipes internas para entender as necessidades dos clientes e personalizar as soluções conforme necessário.

- Manutenção básica e suporte técnico durante o período de implantação, garantindo que os usuários tenham todos os recursos necessários para o uso eficiente das ferramentas.

* Qualificações:

- Conhecimento prático em tecnologia da informação e sistemas de software, incluindo familiaridade com ferramentas de gestão educacional.

- Habilidades de comunicação eficazes, tanto escritas quanto verbais, para interagir com diversos públicos, incluindo educadores e administradores.

- Capacidade de resolução de problemas e atenção aos detalhes, essenciais para a configuração e suporte técnico das soluções.

* Qualificações educacionais: Nível médio completo; cursos ou certificações em tecnologia da informação ou áreas relacionadas são considerados um diferencial.

* Experiências profissionais: Experiência anterior em funções de suporte técnico, estágios na área de tecnologia ou experiências relacionadas a ambientes educacionais são desejáveis, mas não essenciais.
