L’IÉSEG recrute pour la Direction de l’Organisation des Systèmes d’Information, sur le campus de Lille un(e) :

Administrateur ERP (F/H)

Rattaché(e) au Responsable de domaine ERP & DATA, vous êtes le/la référent(e) de l’administration fonctionnelle et technique de l’ERP. Vous veillez à la disponibilité, à la performance et à la sécurité des applications métiers, tout en accompagnant les utilisateurs dans leur utilisation quotidienne et dans l’appropriation des évolutions du système. À ce titre, vous êtes notamment garant(e) de la qualité et de l’évolution des flux ERP et intervenez à la fois sur les activités de support, de paramétrage, de développement et sur les projets d’évolution du SI.

Vos missions :

Administration fonctionnelle et technique

  • Administrer, paramétrer et maintenir l’ERP et ses modules,
  • Assurer le support, le suivi des incidents et des demandes utilisateurs,
  • Accompagner les utilisateurs et maintenir la documentation,
  • Recueillir les besoins métiers et proposer des améliorations.

Paramétrage, données et développement

  • Réaliser les paramétrages et évolutions de l’ERP,
  • Concevoir et maintenir les rapports et requêtes SQL,
  • Coordonner les développements spécifiques et les interfaces avec les équipes techniques et les prestataires.

Projets et évolutions du SI

  • Participer aux projets d’évolution et d’intégration de l’ERP,
  • Faire le lien entre les équipes métiers, la DOSI et les prestataires,
  • Contribuer à la définition des besoins, à l’analyse des risques et à la mise en œuvre des solutions.

Votre Profil :

  • 5 ans d’expérience minimum en administration et/ou évolution d’un ERP, avec une bonne maîtrise des enjeux fonctionnels et techniques,
  • Solides compétences en ERP, SQL Server et bases de données, ainsi qu’en paramétrage et suivi des développements, la connaissance de Python serait un plus,
  • Maîtrise des outils de ticketing, reporting et gestion de projet,
  • Bonne compréhension des processus métiers et capacité à analyser les besoins,
  • Anglais professionnel, à l’écrit comme à l’oral.
