L’IÉSEG recrute pour la Direction de l'Impact Social & Environnemental :

Responsable de l'Impact Social et Environnemental (F/H)

Vos missions :

Mesure d’impact et reporting extra-financier

- Gérer la collecte et l’analyse des données extra financières (diversité et inclusion, bilan carbone, sensibilisation, partenariats, etc) et contribuer aux reporting institutionnels (MESR, rankings, accréditations, etc)

- Piloter la production et la publication du rapport d’impact social et environnemental

- Piloter le bilan carbone de l’école et coordonner le plan d'action climatique en partenariat avec les directions fonctionnelles.

Mission Diversité, Egalité et Inclusion (DEI)

- Coordonner la mission diversité, égalité et inclusion de l’IESEG sur les thématiques Egalité F/H, Handicap, Prévention du racisme et anti-sémitisme, inclusion LGBT+, et assurer une cohérence globale des actions.

Ancrage de la stratégie au sein des services

- Assurer le lien entre la stratégie d’impact social et environnemental et les feuilles de route des services administratifs de l’école

Dialogue parties prenantes et représentation externe et interne

- Assurer une communication constructive et un engagement actif des parties prenantes internes et externes (collaborateurs, diplômés, étudiants, entreprises, accréditations, réseaux professionnels, etc)

- Représenter l’IESEG au sein des réseaux de l’enseignement supérieur, groupes d’entreprises engagées et des médias.

Evénements et Sensibilisation

- Participer à l’organisation d’événements et programmes de sensibilisation à l’impact social et environnemental à destination de l’écosystème IESEG.

Votre Profil :

De formation Bac+5 (école de management, d’ingéniers, Sciences Po ou équivalent) avec une expérience confirmée (5 ans minimum) en gestion de projets complexes

Expérience démontrée en développement durable / RSE / climat / diversité et inclusion et une bonne connaissance des outils et pratiques RSE (bilan carbone, reporting extra financier, lutte contre les discriminations, etc)

Capacité à piloter des projets transversaux et à mobiliser des interlocuteurs variés, internes et externes ;

Excellente communication et expérience en représentation externe et interne

Vous faites preuve de rigueur, d’autonomie et d’organisation ;

Avec un niveau d’anglais courant permettant d’évoluer dans un environnement international.
