The posting

iFIT’s vision is to create the world's most holistic health and fitness platform, integrating all elements of health - physical fitness, mental health, nutrition and active recovery - into a seamless interactive experience. We develop proprietary software that learns and adjusts to the habits of each person as it delivers immersive content that guides them on their own individual fitness journey.

We are currently seeking an ambitious pace-setter to join our team as a Senior Brand Manager, NordicTrack B2B remotely in the US.

NordicTrack is building its B2B business by extending its premium fitness equipment brand into commercial markets — hospitality, multifamily and residential amenities, corporate wellness, fitness studios and boutique operators, and commercial retail and distribution partners. The Senior Brand Manager, NordicTrack B2B owns the commercial go-to-market for the total NordicTrack commercial portfolio — segment strategy, value proposition, positioning, creative strategy, and the demand generation engine that feeds the sales motion — with Pilates as the near-term emphasis and lead category expansion. At its core, this is a role about translation: understanding commercial customer segments deeply enough to know what jobs they are trying to get done, turning that insight into creative strategy and customer-facing assets, measuring whether those assets actually move the business, and adjusting when they do not.

ROLE COMMITMENTS

  • Turn customer insight into commercial growth by building a real understanding of each commercial segment and translating that into creative strategy, customer-facing assets, and campaigns that generate pipeline — measuring what works and pivoting on what doesn't.
  • Define the business by establishing which segments to serve, what NordicTrack offers commercial buyers, and why the brand is credible there — clearly enough that internal teams, channel partners, and customers repeat it without translation.
  • Partner to the commercial P&L by bringing the marketing inputs the business and Sales need to hit growth and margin goals, including demand plans, pricing and packaging recommendations, and a clear read on what each campaign and channel contributes to pipeline.
  • Be the marketing partner Sales counts on by giving the sales team the insight, story, assets, and qualified demand they need to sell, staying close enough to the field to know what is actually working in front of customers.
  • Build the demand engine and channel support by standing up the campaign structure, lead flow, and partner-facing marketing that carry strategy to closed revenue, deciding with incomplete information and improving through iteration rather than waiting for certainty.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Size the commercial fitness equipment market and prioritize segments, with particular depth on Pilates.
  • Build segment-level understanding of commercial customers including their jobs to be done, decision criteria, buying process, and the barriers that genuinely block adoption.
  • Track how commercial customers buy — operator economics, facility and amenity trends, procurement cycles, and competitive moves — and judge which shifts matter.
  • Recommend realistic awareness, adoption, and share ambitions for NordicTrack Commercial.
  • Translate category ambition into pipeline strategy and channel roles with Media, Creative, Content, and PR.
  • Position NordicTrack across the commercial market, leading with Pilates as the category expansion and expanding across modalities.
  • Build a full-funnel communication framework clarifying who we speak to, what we say, and when.
  • Connect rational proof points to the jobs, operational realities, and business motivations of commercial buyers.
  • Carry positioning consistently through sales enablement, distributor and dealer channels, trade media, and partner communications.
  • Translate segment insight and jobs to be done into creative strategy — the idea, the message, and the asset set each segment actually needs.
  • Brief and direct Creative on the customer-facing assets the commercial funnel runs on, including landing pages, web content, lead capture experiences, and sales collateral, and hold them to conversion performance.
  • Own paid media and digital strategy as a lead generation channel for the commercial business, partnering with Media on targeting, budget allocation, cost per qualified lead, and pipeline contribution.
  • Own launch planning across the commercial portfolio including timelines, channel roles, asset requirements, and success metrics.
  • Write briefs that define audience, insight, single-minded message, tone, and guardrails, then judge the output decisively.
  • Build category storytelling that lets sales teams and channel partners sell the commercial portfolio with confidence.
  • Create launch toolkits, training materials, and visual standards for categories buyers do not yet know.
  • Hold the portfolio's representation consistent across distributor, dealer, and partner channels.
  • Work with Sales to define how inbound leads route and qualify, and close the loop between media spend and closed revenue.
  • Define success metrics across awareness, consideration, lead quality, conversion, and early adoption.
  • Measure campaign and creative effectiveness against pipeline impact, working with Analytics to find root causes rather than symptoms.
  • Pivot spend, messaging, creative, or channel emphasis when results call for it, and communicate plainly what changed and why.
  • Take select upside bets from concept to execution with clear objectives, resourcing, dependencies, risks, and measurement.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Education and Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years in brand marketing, product marketing, or go-to-market roles for physical products.
  • Track record translating customer and segment insight into creative strategy and customer-facing assets that produced measurable growth.
  • Experience briefing and directing creative for customer-facing web assets including landing pages, campaign pages, and lead capture experiences, with accountability for how they perform.
  • Working command of paid media and digital marketing strategy built for lead generation, including cost per lead, funnel conversion, and pipeline contribution.
  • Proven track record partnering closely with a sales organization and earning credibility with it.
  • Demonstrated ability to read campaign performance and adjust course without waiting to be told.
  • Experience launching new products or emerging categories that required customer education.
  • Ability to decide with incomplete information and keep work moving.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience operating in both scaled brands and resource-constrained environments.
  • High ownership mindset with a willingness to step in wherever needed to drive results.
  • Exceptionally clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
