ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Leads Qualifier to be part of our team.

  • This role will be responsible for researching and identifying prospective clients, generating initial interest, and setting qualified appointments for the sales team and it involves engaging prospects through email and LinkedIn, understanding their needs and pain points, overcoming objections, and maintaining an organized sales pipeline.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Research and identify potential client prospects through web and social media research.
  • Conduct email and LinkedIn outreach to generate initial interest and schedule discovery calls, free analyses, or other appointments.
  • Connect with prospects to understand their pain points, address concerns, and overcome objections to secure appointments.
  • Once a prospect shows interest, prepare a prospect profile overview, including their bio, LinkedIn profile, identified pain points, and appointment details for the sales team.
  • Coach and follow up with prospects to help ensure scheduled appointments are attended.
  • Conduct additional research when needed, including identifying ancillary stakeholders and gathering relevant profile information such as hobbies, interests, geographic area, and educational background.
  • Maintain an organized sales pipeline and accurate activity records using CRM tools such as Zoho or Salesforce.
  • Consistently meet or exceed key performance indicators, including appointments scheduled, appointments completed, qualified opportunities, and deals generated from meetings.

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 2 years experience as Leads Qualifier/Sales Development Representative.
  • Self-disciplined, organized, and ambitious, with the ability to consistently meet daily and monthly objectives.
  • Go-getter attitude with strong initiative, persistence, and competitive drive.
  • Positive and energetic attitude with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Resilient and persistent, with the ability to confidently handle and overcome objections.
  • Strong research and prospecting skills, particularly through web and social media platforms.
  • Comfortable using email, LinkedIn, and CRM tools for prospecting and pipeline management.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Willing and able to work onsite at 6th Floor, Tower 1, Rockwell Business Center, Ortigas, Pasig.
