Seu Cardápio Diário:

  • Construir e executar estratégias de Growth com foco em engajamento e retenção de consumidores, identificando oportunidades para aumentar a conversão de usuários que iniciam sua jornada no ambiente offline e retornam ao aplicativo.
  • Liderar a estratégia de Go-to-Market de novas funcionalidades e iniciativas de produto, garantindo alinhamento entre as áreas envolvidas e uma execução eficiente.
  • Monitorar indicadores de conversão, ativação, engajamento e retenção, identificando oportunidades de melhoria e propondo planos de ação orientados a resultados.
  • Planejar, estruturar e acompanhar testes e experimentos, avaliando hipóteses, resultados e oportunidades de otimização da jornada do consumidor.
  • Atuar de forma transversal com stakeholders de Produto, Growth, Marketing, Dados e demais áreas, garantindo alinhamento, priorização e cadência das iniciativas.
  • Conduzir agendas e projetos de ponta a ponta, assegurando organização, acompanhamento de prazos, gestão de dependências e evolução das entregas.
  • Identificar oportunidades de melhoria na experiência omnichannel, conectando os comportamentos dos consumidores nos ambientes físico e digital.
  • Propor novas iniciativas e soluções que contribuam para o crescimento sustentável dos indicadores da operação.
  • Utilizar dados e ferramentas de tecnologia para aprofundar análises, identificar oportunidades e apoiar a tomada de decisão.
  • Explorar aplicações de Inteligência Artificial Generativa, agentes e automações para otimizar processos e aumentar a eficiência das iniciativas de Growth.

Ingredientes Que Buscamos:

  • Experiência em Growth, Go-to-Market, Marketing de Produto, Produto, CRM, Engajamento ou Retenção.
  • Vivência na construção e execução de estratégias voltadas à jornada do consumidor, especialmente em ambientes digitais.
  • Experiência na gestão de projetos e iniciativas multidisciplinares, com capacidade de conduzir agendas e garantir a evolução das entregas.
  • Forte habilidade de relacionamento e gestão de stakeholders, conseguindo articular diferentes áreas, influenciar decisões e mobilizar pessoas em torno de objetivos comuns.
  • Boa capacidade analítica e familiaridade com indicadores de negócio, como conversão, aquisição, ativação, engajamento e retenção.
  • Conhecimento de SQL para consultas e análises de dados.
  • Experiência com testes, experimentação e análise de resultados para validação de hipóteses.
  • Organização, proatividade e autonomia para conduzir múltiplas iniciativas simultaneamente.
  • Comunicação clara, capacidade de negociação e habilidade para transformar análises em planos de ação.
