Seu Cardápio Diário

  • Liderar o planejamento, execução e validação de testes logísticos complexos, avaliando rentabilidade e impacto operacional por modalidade de entrega e grupo de lojas;
  • Conduzir análises de dados com SQL para formular hipóteses robustas, identificar padrões e propor estratégias para as verticais de pet shop, bebidas e conveniência;
  • Estruturar e apresentar cases e resultados com recomendações estratégicas para lideranças e times interfuncionais;
  • Conectar as áreas de supply, pricing, produto e tecnologia para garantir alinhamento e execução das políticas operacionais;
  • Antecipar oportunidades e riscos nas verticais sob sua responsabilidade, atuando como referência técnica e estratégica para o time.

Ingredientes que buscamos

  • Conhecimento avançado em SQL;
  • Forte capacidade analítica, com experiência comprovada em testes A/B ou projetos de mensuração de impacto;
  • Alta autonomia para tomada de decisão e condução de projetos de ponta a ponta;
  • Habilidade de comunicação executiva para navegação entre múltiplos stakeholders e apresentação para lideranças;
  • Experiência em operações logísticas, pricing ou supply chain.

Para realçar o sabor

  • Vivência com testes logísticos e mensuração de rentabilidade em operações de last mile;
  • Experiência com gestão de frota, promoções ou estratégias de supply;
  • Passagem por operações de varejo físico ou de entregas em escala;
  • Histórico de atuação como referência técnica em times analíticos multidisciplinares.
