Seu Cardápio Diário

  • Construir do zero: entregar MVPs funcionais, iterar com velocidade e transformar problemas grandes em soluções executáveis, operando com mentalidade de dono e adaptabilidade de startup.
  • Construir e evoluir a política de crédito B2B: definir critérios de elegibilidade, modelos de risco e réguas de concessão com base em dados;
  • Escalar a carteira com visão analítica: identificar alavancas de crescimento, monitorar KPIs de portfólio e propor experimentos que aumentem a rentabilidade sem comprometer a inadimplência.
  • Atuar como ponte entre Negócio e Produto: traduzir necessidades comerciais em requisitos de produto e garantir que os sistemas de crédito evoluam de forma aderente à estratégia de crescimento.
  • Garantir alinhamento cross-funcional: coordenar com times de Tecnologia, Dados, Risco e Comercial para garantir que a operação de crédito sirva ao crescimento do ecossistema de benefícios.

Ingredientes que buscamos

  • Raciocínio analítico afiado: você transforma variáveis financeiras complexas em decisões claras e acionáveis.
  • Mentalidade de builder: você já construiu algo do zero em contexto de alta ambiguidade
  • Experiência em crédito ou operações financeiras: política de crédito, risco, scoring ou portfólio B2B são territórios familiares para você.
  • Visão de produto: você sabe traduzir uma dor de negócio em requisito, priorizar o que realmente move a agulha e trabalhar próximo de engenharia para entregar.
  • Execução com autonomia: você não espera o roteiro pronto. Você define o roteiro, testa, mede e ajusta;
  • Experiência como PM técnico com foco em dados ou crédito, ou como analista sênior que migrou para gestão de produto/negócio será considerado um diferencial
  • Vivência em ambientes de alta velocidade e recursos limitados você já "reinou no carro em movimento".
  • Familiaridade com modelos de risco, políticas de concessão e instrumentos regulatórios de crédito.
