Seu Cardápio Diário

  • Apoiar relacionamento e gestão com adquirentes, bandeiras, emissores e parceiros estratégicos
  • Realizar análises de dados e indicadores de payments para identificar desvios oportunidades e insights que apoiem a tomada de decisão
  • Acompanhar performance dos meios de pagamento e das diferentes categorias de negócio, contribuindo com análises sobre conversão custo e outros indicadores relevantes
  • Construir e evoluir dashboards relatórios e estudos analíticos para apoiar acompanhamento e evolução do negócio
  • Utilizar e explorar soluções baseadas em inteligência artificial para automações análises e resolução de desafios
  • Participar de testes experimentos e iniciativas para evolução da experiência de pagamento e dos resultados do negócio
  • Atuar em parceria com times de produto tech e outras áreas apoiando projetos e iniciativas estratégicas de payments
  • Apoiar acompanhamento organização e priorização de demandas e projetos da área

Ingredientes que buscamos

  • Muita vontade de aprender curiosidade e senso de ownership
  • Perfil analítico com capacidade de investigar problemas interpretar dados e transformar informações em insights
  • Capacidade de trabalhar com diferentes informações contextos e parceiros simultaneamente priorizando demandas concorrentes
  • Excelente comunicação oral e escrita para gestão de informação com clientes internos e externos
  • Interesse em conhecer e se desenvolver no ecossistema de pagamentos
  • Desejável conhecimentos em SQL e em ferramentas de visualização de dados
  • Afinidade com experimentação ágil testes e melhoria contínua

Para realçar o sabor

  • Conhecimento prático em SQL
  • Experiência com ferramentas de visualização como Looker, Tableau ou Power BI
  • Experiência com metodologias ágeis e ferramentas de melhoria contínua
  • Experiência com soluções de inteligência artificial aplicadas a automação e análise de dados
  • Experiência prévia em pagamentos fintechs ou ambiente de adquirência
