Seu Cardápio Diário

  • Atuar como ponte estratégica entre People e área de negócio para os temas de desenvolvimento e gestão de talentos, juntamente com Business Partners
  • Liderar e implementar produtos de People na áreas atendidas, como ciclos de AVD, Avaliação de Potencial, mapeamento de sucessão, onboarding da liderança
  • Implementar agenda de desenvolvimento personalizada de acordo as necessidades do negócio
  • Atuar ativamente nas iniciativas de upskilling e reskiling relacionados à Inteligência Artificial
  • Participar ativamente das metas do mapa estratégico de People, garantindo a entrega ágil das soluções
  • Adaptar-se rapidamente às mudanças do negócio, garantindo que as iniciativas de People estejam alinhadas com as prioridades das áreas de negócio
  • Construir e manter relacionamentos de confiança com os Business Partners para fortalecer a atuação da área de People Development.

  • Disponibilidade de atuar 1x semana em Osasco.
  • Alta flexibilidade e resiliência para lidar com um cronograma volátil
  • Visão sistêmica e de negócio, com habilidade para navegar entre tarefas estratégicas e operacionais
  • Proatividade e habilidade para se adaptar rapidamente às demandas do negócio.
  • Experiência em áreas e produtos de People relacionadas à Desenvolvimento e Gestão de Talentos
  • Abordagem colaborativa e mentalidade voltada para a construção de relacionamentos.

Para realçar o sabor

  • Experiência prévia como Business Partner pode ser um diferencial.
  • Capacidade de inovar e implementar soluções criativas em desenvolvimento humano.
  • Habilidade em trabalhar em um ambiente dinâmico e em constante evolução.
  • Inglês intermediário ou avançado pode ser um diferencial.
