Nesse contexto, a área de Prevenção à Lavagem de Dinheiro tem um papel estratégico na construção de relações sustentáveis e na proteção do nosso ecossistema. Buscamos alguém que combine capacidade analítica, visão de riscos e perfil genuinamente hands-on, com disposição para atuar diretamente na execução e evolução dos processos da área, bem como na implementação de projetos junto às áreas de negócio e tecnologia.

Você fará parte de um time multidisciplinar, contribuindo para processos de Due Diligence, prevenção e mitigação de riscos de Lavagem de Dinheiro, assim como para a implementação de novos produtos e funcionalidades, sempre buscando formas mais simples, inteligentes e eficientes de trabalhar. Seu Cardápio Diário:

  • Atuar em entregas estratégicas de projetos de onboarding em PLD/CFT junto aos times de produto, tecnologia e negócios das diferentes Business Units do iFood Pago
  • Implementar, otimizar e operacionalizar processos de onboarding de PLD/CFT (KYC, KYE, KYS, KYP), com foco em automação e uso de Inteligência Artificial
  • Construir, manter e analisar reportes executivos e dashboards de KPIs, com visão de resultados e métricas da área
  • Revisar e elaborar políticas, procedimentos, matrizes de risco e documentações da área
  • Avaliar riscos em processos críticos, novos negócios e produtos, e traduzi-los em fluxos, narrativas e controles
  • Executar testes de desenho e eficácia de controles e acompanhar auditorias internas
  • Conduzir comitês, preparar relatórios regulatórios e articular alinhamentos entre áreas

Ingredientes Que Buscamos:

  • Experiência/conhecimento em PLD/CFT, especialmente em KYs, pesquisas de due diligence reforçada e background check
  • Experiência com processos operacionais de onboarding de PLD/CFT, especialmente KYC, KYE, KYS, KYP
  • Experiência na elaboração de dossiês e relatórios de PLD/CFT
  • Conhecimento regulatório em PLD/CFT e habilidade para elaborar e revisar políticas e procedimentos
  • Conhecimento de produtos financeiros
  • Capacidade de transformar processos em fluxos, narrativas, matrizes de risco e controles testáveis
  • Experiência na implementação de projetos junto aos times de produto, tecnologia e dados, incluindo a coconstrução de produtos
  • Habilidade para construir e interpretar dashboards e reportes, com foco em métricas e tomada de decisão
  • Aptidão para lidar com dados, automatizar testes de controles e colaborar com times de produto, tecnologia e dados
  • Perfil relacional, voltado à interação com stakeholders
  • Comunicação clara para conduzir comitês, alinhar stakeholders e apresentar resultados executivos
  • Mentalidade analítica, foco em resultado e orientação à inovação
  • Inglês avançado para leitura e comunicação, quando necessário

Para Realçar o Sabor:

  • Familiaridade com data analytics, SQL e construção de dashboards em ferramentas como Databricks, Tableau e Power BI
  • Conhecimento avançado sobre ferramentas de automação e IA aplicadas a controles e onboarding
  • Conhecimento e experiência em monitoramento transacional em PLD/CFT
  • Experiência em Instituições de Pagamento ou Fintechs
  • Prática em Excel para análise de dados e testes de controles
