Seu Cardápio Diário

  • Desenvolver modelos e soluções de ciência de dados aplicados ao crédito, com forte orientação a negócios e rentabilidade bancária
  • Avaliar a rentabilidade e o balanceamento dos produtos de crédito, propondo estratégias baseadas em dados para otimizar resultados
  • Programar e implementar algoritmos em Python para modelagem preditiva, automação de análises e criação de agentes
  • Integrar modelos de ciência de dados às políticas de crédito, garantindo coerência entre regras de negócio e previsões
  • Conduzir estudos analíticos complexos sobre o portfólio de crédito, identificando oportunidades de crescimento e eficiência
  • Construir diagnósticos acionáveis que traduzam análises em planos de ação para áreas parceiras e liderançaColaborar com o time de políticas de crédito para garantir que modelos e regras operem de forma integrada

Ingredientes que buscamos

  • Forte orientação de negócios sobre a rentabilidade de um banco, com visão de P&L aplicada a produtos de crédito
  • Capacidade analítica para investigar causas raiz, detectar anomalias e propor soluções
  • Experiência em desenvolvimento de modelos preditivos aplicados a crédito ou produtos financeiros
  • Comunicação estruturada para apresentar narrativas executivas a diferentes públicos
  • Protagonismo e autonomia para conduzir projetos do início ao fim, priorizando impactoamento comercial, estratégia, BI, controlling ou business partnering

Para realçar o sabor:

  • Vivência em fintechs
  • Experiência com inteligência artificial aplicada a automação de análises e processos
  • Conhecimento em SQL para extração e análise de dados em múltiplas fontes
  • Familiaridade com Databricks ou plataformas de dados distribuídas
