The posting

Duration: 3-month fixed-term contract to provide interim cover within the team

Location: London

Team: Earned Revenue

Program Description: The IFRS Foundation has launched a new program to enable, encourage, and promote high-quality preparer training for the IFRS Sustainability Disclosure Standards. The program prioritizes scalability and multilingual training, ensuring accessibility across various jurisdictions. This program will approve training providers to deliver IFRS Foundation content following a rigorous vetting process.

Job Summary: As the interim Product Manager, you will oversee this new IFRS training program. This role is pivotal in establishing and managing new processes and systems, which will see the highest influx of training organizations and trainings delivered. You will work closely with ISSB Education Team for training content development and management. You will work closely with the Product Marketing team to develop effective product positioning and marketing campaigns, and with the Renewal Manager to ensure accurate product renewals and address any escalated issues. Additionally, you will lead the scoping of technology solutions in collaboration with the Technology team.

Principal accountabilities:

  • Lead the successful launch of the program, ensuring all systems and processes are in place to handle the initial high volume of training organization onboarding.
  • Manage the onboarding process for the initial influx of training organizations, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  • Design, implement, and optimize new processes and systems to support program operations and customer management. This includes processes to conduct due diligence of prospective training organizations; maintain accurate records of their status and royalty statements; management of the certificate process for training attendees and attendee surveys; peer learning meetings among training organizations; and the annual renewal process.
  • Act as the primary contact for training organizations, providing updates on content or training changes, facilitating feedback for the Education team, and answering all logistics and commercial questions.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, systems, and performance metrics to support future program iterations and transitions.
  • Collaborate with the Product Marketing team to market the program to potential customers.
  • Liaise with the ISSB Education Team on the development and maintenance of all training content (slide deck and script/talking points), ancillary materials (trainer assessment, living Q&A document) and trainer assessment.
  • Develop and execute a transition plan to integrate the program into the earned revenue team, identifying roles and responsibilities for ongoing management.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Commitment to the mission of the IFRS Foundation
  • Enthusiasm and comfort in fast-changing conditions – flexibility is important
  • Extensive and proven professional experience with demonstrated skills relevant to product management, particularly in launching and scaling new initiatives (ideally within a training sector/environment).
  • Experience with education or training contexts required
  • Strong familiarity with ESG, sustainability and accounting practices preferred; if not, a strong desire to learn is critical
  • Experienced in global, adaptable, multilocation work environments
  • Strong process orientation; able to identify and implement improvements
  • Tremendous organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Service-oriented and strategic mindset, with the ability to prioritize and manage many tasks simultaneously
  • Execution-oriented, able to get tasks and projects done quickly while maintaining excellent quality
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM System
  • Proficiency using Microsoft office including PowerPoint and Excel

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
