Job description

Position: Director, Alliance Marketing – IGEL Ready Ecosystem Partners

Location: Onsite- Fort Lauderdale, Florida

THE ROLE: IGEL is redefining secure, managed access to cloud-delivered digital workspaces. As Director of Alliance Marketing for IGEL Ready ecosystem partners, you will lead the global marketing strategy that accelerates joint solution adoption across IGEL’s broad partner ecosystem, which includes leading hardware, software, cloud, and security vendors. This role is critical in shaping how IGEL and its partners jointly position value to enterprise customers and the wider channel community.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Planning & Leadership

  • Own and execute joint strategic marketing plans with IGEL Ready ecosystem partners, aligned to shared revenue, pipeline, and market expansion goals.
  • Develop differentiated value propositions that highlight IGEL’s secure endpoint platform and the joint benefits of partner integrations across digital workspace, cloud, security, and AI-driven solutions.
  • Content & Messaging Development
  • Drive the content strategy and production of co-branded messaging, solution briefs, sales enablement tools, videos, social content, and customer success stories that elevate IGEL + partner value.
  • Ensure all messaging reinforces IGEL’s leadership in secure, managed access to digital workspaces while supporting partner ecosystem priorities.

Demand Generation & Events

  • Lead a portfolio of joint demand generation programs including industry events, IGEL Ready partner activations, webinars, solution roundtables, digital campaigns, and initiatives focused on workspace modernization, endpoint security, and AI readiness.
  • Provide high-quality program management to ensure initiatives launch on time, on budget, and with measurable impact on pipeline and partner engagement.

Budget, Co-Marketing, & Measurement

  • Secure and manage co-marketing investments from IGEL Ready ecosystem partners, ensuring joint programs are co-funded to the greatest extent possible. This role carries direct responsibility for driving partner sponsorships and financial participation in demand generation, events, and content initiatives.
  • Oversee program-level budgets, forecasting, ROI analysis, and performance reporting to ensure all co-marketed initiatives deliver measurable impact on awareness, engagement, and pipeline.
  • Success in this role will be measured in part by the volume, consistency, and effectiveness of partner co-marketing contributions secured throughout the year.

Brand Visibility & Awareness

  • Increase visibility of IGEL + partner solutions through integrated marketing tactics such as social media, advertising, podcasts, public relations, and the development of co-branded assets.
  • Align all content with IGEL brand guidelines and IGEL Ready partner marketing requirements.

Cross-Functional Influence & Relationship Building

  • Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with marketing and product teams across IGEL Ready ecosystem partners to identify and execute high-impact co-marketing opportunities.
  • Partner closely with IGEL field marketing, channel, product, and sales teams to ensure joint initiatives are orchestrated and executed globally.
  • Support partner-related sales kickoffs, enablement events, and ecosystem gatherings.
  • Drive IGEL’s inclusion in partner-led go-to-market initiatives—including presence in ecosystem partners’ trade show booths, digital campaigns, solution showcases, field events, and sales enablement programs—to ensure IGEL is prominently represented across the partner ecosystem.

Culture & Leadership

  • Uphold IGEL’s culture of integrity, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Model professionalism and a customer-first approach across all internal and external engagements.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ years of integrated B2B marketing experience, preferably within enterprise software, cloud services, cybersecurity, digital workspace solutions, or adjacent technology sectors.
  • Extensive experience leading partner or alliance marketing initiatives with major technology ecosystem partners.
  • Proven track record designing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, events, and digital strategies that drive measurable pipeline and partner engagement.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and C-level executives — internally and within partner organizations — while driving alignment across complex initiatives.
  • Experience managing teams or cross-functional working groups; strong skills in goal setting, performance management, and talent development.

Communication & Operational Excellence

  • Exceptional executive-level communication skills with the ability to navigate matrixed environments and drive clear, consistent messaging.
  • Strategic, adaptable mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth organization and make sound business decisions.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid or remote environment; willingness to travel for partner and IGEL events as needed.

Professional Standards

  • Acts with integrity, professionalism, and personal accountability, contributing to a positive and collaborative IGEL culture.

Job benefits

  • Health, dental, vision, and prescription benefits (employee premiums covered by IGEL)
  • 11 company-paid holidays per year
  • 18-22 days of PTO per year (18 days in year 1, 20 days starting in year 2 and 22 days after 5 years of service)
  • Sick time of 10 days per year, with rollover of unused days
  • 401(k) plan with 100% company match, up to $15,000 per year
  • Paid maternity and paternity leave
  • Monthly home office allowance
  • Remote working opportunities and flexible working times, so you can combine your demanding work with your personal goals
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and Financial Wellness tool
  • Company-paid life insurance policy, long-term disability (LTD), and short-term disability (STD) coverage
  • Wellbeing apps, including Rightway, Headspace and Wellhub
  • Training and development opportunities to advance your career
  • President’s Club for the highest performing salespeople and overachievers
  • An amazing culture powered by a workplace run on trust, empowerment, and feedback with a positive, inspiring working atmosphere
  • A highly motivated team that is already looking forward to your support in developing strategies and achieving common goals, together with you

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
