The posting

Wat ga je doen? Onze kleinste patiënten vragen bijzondere aandacht. Ze komen op een onbekende plek waar dingen gebeuren die ze niet (altijd) begrijpen. En dan sta jij klaar! Jij snapt dat het soms spannend is en niet fijn, maar met jouw aandacht en de juiste zorg geef je de patiënt wat hij/zij nodig heeft. Je denkt niet alleen aan de patiënt, maar je hebt ook oog voor de ouders.

Als kinderverpleegkundige verzorg jij zowel hoog-als laagcomplexe zorg op de neonatologie en pediatrie afdeling. Je doet dit niet alleen, maar samen met een zeer gemotiveerd en enthousiast team. Naast ruimte om hard te werken, is er ook tijd om samen te lachen en een goede balans te houden in het werk.

Waar ga je werken? Op onze afdeling kindergeneeskunde zorgen we voor kinderen van 0 tot 18 jaar. In het IJsselland werken we met het Family Centered Care principe. Wij stellen het gezin centraal in onze zorgverlening. Ons uitgangspunt is dat moeder en kind niet worden gescheiden. Ook na de bevalling van een te vroeg geboren kindje blijven moeder en kind bij elkaar. Hiervoor hebben we mooi ingerichte couveuse suites. We werken voor de couveusesuites nauw samen de afdeling verloskunde. Onze kinderverpleegkundigen zorgen ook voor de gezonde kraamvrouw. Indien je nog niet in het bezit bent van de opleiding High Care Neonatologie dan heb je de mogelijkheid om deze hier te volgen. Inschaling is na het behalen van deze opleiding FWG 55.

Wat vragen wij van jou?

  • Aantal uur – Beschikbaar voor 24 tot 36 uur per week
  • Opleiding – Je bent in het bezit van een afgeronde opleiding tot verpleegkundige met een kinderaantekening (een HCN-diploma is een pre).
  • Ervaring – Je hebt ervaring met het combineren van zorg en overleg met verschillende disciplines.
  • Extra – Je bent flexibel, werkt goed in teamverband en hebt een positieve instelling, waarbij openheid en samenwerking centraal staan.
