Het IJsselland Ziekenhuis te Capelle aan den IJssel is op zoek naar twee of drie enthousiaste en betrokken:

SEH-artsen (1,8 fte)

Hier kom je te werken Als SEH-arts in het IJsselland Ziekenhuis coördineer je de zorg op de SEH en werk je actief mee aan de patiëntenzorg. Je hebt korte lijnen met verpleegkundigen, huisartsen en specialisten. Hierdoor kan je snel schakelen en echt doen waar het om draait: snel de juiste zorg bieden aan onze patiënten. Daarnaast begeleid je arts-assistenten en draag je bij aan bijeenkomsten in het kader van acute zorg. Onze acute zorg is in beweging, waarbij een vakgroep SEH op korte termijn zal worden opgericht. In deze vakgroep zullen zowel SEH-artsen als medisch specialisten werkzaam in het IJsselland Ziekenhuis met affiniteit met acute zorg participeren.

Op de SEH van het IJsselland Ziekenhuis wordt 24/7 basis specialistische zorg geleverd. Wij zijn een level-3 traumacentrum en ontvangen circa 22.000 patiënten per jaar.

Ook hebben wij bijzondere aandacht voor stadsproblematiek, zoals de opvang van kwetsbare ouderen en het signaleren van maatschappelijke problematiek, waaronder kindermishandeling, intoxicaties en psychiatrie.

Wat vragen wij? Wij zijn op zoek naar twee of drie enthousiaste, gediplomeerde SEH-artsen (KNMG) die per 1 december 2026 kunnen starten. Je bent ervaren met PSA, spoedechografie, opleiden en onderwijs en je hebt hier affiniteit mee. Je beschikt over goede contactuele eigenschappen en communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel naar collega’s als patiënten. Daarnaast beschik je over sociale vaardigheden, waarbij werken in teamverband en samenwerking met andere disciplines essentieel is. Ook als je binnenkort jouw opleiding afrondt, nodigen wij je van harte uit om te solliciteren.

Wat bieden wij? Wij bieden afwisselend werk in een ziekenhuis met korte lijnen. Je komt in loondienst van het MSB en krijgt een contract voor 12 maanden met zicht op een vaste aanstelling. Salariëring vindt plaats conform de AMS-regeling. De werktijden zijn bij de start van de SEH-vakgroep zonder nachtdiensten, mogelijk dat dit op termijn uitgebreid gaat worden naar 24/7. Over een samenwerkingsverband met het Erasmus MC zijn wij op dit moment in overleg.

De Medisch Specialisten In het IJsselland Ziekenhuis werken ruim 150 medisch specialisten. De vrijgevestigde medisch specialisten en de medisch specialisten in dienstverband vormen samen de Vereniging Medische Staf (VMS).

Het Medisch Specialistisch Bedrijf De ruim 100 vrijgevestigde medisch specialisten zijn lid van de Coöperatie Medisch Specialistisch Bedrijf (MSB) IJsselland Ziekenhuis. Binnen het MSB zijn de medisch specialisten werkzaam binnen de vakgroepen anesthesiologie, cardiologie, chirurgie, dermatologie, gynaecologie, interne geneeskunde, intensive care geneeskunde, KNO, longgeneeskunde, MDL, medische microbiologie, neurologie, nucleaire geneeskunde, radiologie en urologie. Het MSB biedt een stimulerend werkklimaat, waar opleiding en persoonlijke ontwikkeling vanzelfsprekend zijn.
