The posting

Als SEH-arts bij Tergooi MC heb je een unieke functie. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de medisch inhoudelijke zorg op de Spoedeisende Hulp, de coördinatie van patiëntlogistiek en de begeleiding van co-assistenten, arts-assistenten en Physician Assistants (in opleiding).

De rol van SEH-arts bij Tergooi MC heeft een breed draagvlak binnen de medische staf en is nog volop in ontwikkeling. Dit betekent dat je de kans krijgt om mee te bouwen aan de structuur en cultuur van de afdeling Spoedeisende Hulp. Inmiddels zijn er vijf enthousiaste SEH-artsen werkzaam. Streven is om in 2027 een complete vakgroep te hebben. Je kunt je vak in de volle breedte uitoefenen, draagt bij aan de ontwikkeling van de vakgroep en de verdere professionalisering van de acute zorg in Tergooi MC. Een mooie kans om de kwaliteit, kennis en kunde van de acute zorg nog meer vorm te geven in het enthousiaste SEH-team en je kennis aan toekomstige dokters en andere professionals op de SEH over te dragen!

  • Je bent een enthousiaste en gedreven SEH-arts, die houdt van uitdagingen
  • Je beoefent je vak in de volle breedte inclusief PSA en echografie
  • Je hebt je ontwikkeld binnen de SEH-geneeskunde en vindt het leuk om jouw kennis en kunde over te dragen op artsen en verpleegkundigen op de SEH
  • Je vindt het leuk om met het team te ontdekken hoe we onze kennis en kunde het best in kunnen zetten en neemt initiatief hiertoe
  • Je bent bereid om te werken in een onregelmatig rooster met dag- avonddiensten op de SEH en aanwezigheidsdiensten in de nacht als achterwacht.
