Il Gabbiano è una Cooperativa sociale ad oggetto plurimo A+B senza scopo di lucro, attiva da oltre 35 anni nell’erogazione di servizi alla persona. Operiamo con professionalità, competenza e attenzione alla qualità, mettendo al centro il benessere delle persone e delle comunità in cui lavoriamo.

📍 Luogo di lavoro: Pontevico (BS) e strutture della Cooperativa sul territorio

🛠️ Principali mansioni:

  • Eseguire interventi di manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria presso le strutture della Cooperativa;
  • Effettuare riparazioni e lavori in ambito idraulico, elettrico ed edile;
  • Verificare il corretto funzionamento di impianti, attrezzature e ambienti;
  • Supportare la gestione e la risoluzione di problematiche tecniche;
  • Garantire il rispetto delle norme di sicurezza vigenti.

🛠️ Principali competenze:

  • Conoscenze tecniche in ambito idraulico, elettrico e/o edile;
  • Capacità di individuare e risolvere problematiche manutentive;
  • Buona autonomia operativa e capacità organizzativa;
  • Utilizzo in sicurezza di attrezzature e strumenti di lavoro.

📌 Requisiti:

  • Patente B;
  • Preferibile formazione professionale come elettricista;
  • Esperienza pregressa nel settore delle manutenzioni/impiantistica elettrica e/o elettronica;
  • Disponibilità alla reperibilità notturna;
  • Flessibilità e disponibilità agli spostamenti;
  • Capacità di lavorare sia in autonomia sia in team;
  • Residenza in zone limitrofe considerata requisito preferenziale.

📄 Si offre:

  • Contratto iniziale a tempo determinato di 6 mesi, con possibilità di successiva stabilizzazione;
  • Monte ore pari a 38 ore settimanali, dal lunedì al venerdì e reperibilità notturna e nel week- end a turnazione con il team;
  • Piano sanitario integrativo per il personale a tempo indeterminato e welfare aziendale;
  • Convenzioni con esercizi commerciali e servizi del territorio;
  • Inserimento in una realtà solida, strutturata e orientata alla crescita professionale.
