En IMED Hospitales con más 20 años experiencia en la asistencia sanitaria de alta calidad y personalizada, cuenta, con dos sedes en la ciudad de Alcoy: por un lado, la Policlínica IMED Alcoy donde ofrece servicios de consultas externas de las principales especialidades médicas, boxes para extracciones de análisis clínicos e Ilahy, y por otro lado, el Hospital IMED San Jorge donde se prestan los servicios de hospitalización, urgencias 24 horas, quirófanos, diagnóstico por imagen, fisioterapia y rehabilitación.

Actualmente nos encontramos en búsqueda de un puesto de Responsable de Enfermería para nuestro Hospital IMED San Jorge y Policlínica IMED Alcoy, reportando a gerencia y supervisando a un equipo de unas 20 personas.

Responsabilidades

  • Liderar, coordinar y desarrollar al equipo de Enfermería del Hospital IMED San Jorge y Policlínica IMED Alcoy, garantizando una atención asistencial de calidad, segura y humanizada, y gestionando el ciclo completo de vida del profesional desde la captación hasta su desarrollo y fidelización en un entorno de crecimiento, innovación y excelencia clínica.
  • Planificar, organizar y coordinar la actividad del equipo de Enfermería, formado por enfermeras/os, auxiliares, celadores y técnicos.
  • Garantizar la calidad asistencial, la seguridad del paciente y la humanización del cuidado en todas las unidades del hospital.
  • Asegurar una correcta dotación de personal, organizando de forma eficiente los turnos y recursos según las necesidades del centro.
  • Participar activamente en la implantación y mejora de protocolos clínico-asistenciales, alineados con los estándares del Grupo IMED.
  • Liderar la gestión del personal de enfermería: captación y reclutamiento, acogida, desarrollo, evaluación y fidelización, en colaboración con el equipo de Recursos Humanos.
  • Impulsar la formación continua y el desarrollo profesional del equipo, fomentando una cultura de aprendizaje, innovación y mejora continua.
  • Colaborar estrechamente con la Gerencia en la toma de decisiones y organizativas del centro.

Requisitos

  • Grado o Diplomatura en Enfermería.
  • Valorable formación de posgrado en gestión sanitaria, dirección de servicios de salud o similares.
  • Experiencia mínima de 3-5 años en puestos de responsabilidad en áreas de Enfermería dentro del entorno hospitalario.
  • Experiencia y/o conocimientos previos en el área de Quirófano.
  • Conocimiento sólido de gestión de equipos, planificación de recursos y circuitos asistenciales, especialmente en el ámbito quirúrgico.
  • Capacidad para liderar proyectos, implantar protocolos y trabajar en colaboración con otras áreas y servicios.
  • Habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación, gestión del cambio y resolución de conflictos.
  • Orientación a la mejora continua, la excelencia asistencial y el trato humano al paciente.
