Description du poste

IMI, groupe industriel Europeen, recrute un(e) Stagiaire Administration des Ventes (ADV) afin d'accompagner son équipe dans le cadre de projets de transformation des processus et de déploiement de nouveaux systèmes d'information.

En étroite collaboration avec l'équipe ADV et les différents services de l'entreprise, vous contribuerez à l'harmonisation et à la fiabilisation des données nécessaires au bon fonctionnement de nos activités.

Missions

  • Participer à l'harmonisation et au nettoyage des données de référence (clients, articles, tarifs, etc.).
  • Contrôler la qualité et la cohérence des données avant leur intégration dans les nouveaux systèmes.
  • Accompagner les équipes dans les opérations de migration et de mise à jour des données.
  • Participer aux projets de transformation des processus ADV et à l'amélioration continue des méthodes de travail.
  • Réaliser des analyses de données et proposer des actions correctives.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes commerciales, supply chain, finance et informatique afin de garantir la fiabilité des informations.
  • Documenter les procédures et contribuer à la mise en place des bonnes pratiques de gestion des données.

Profil recherché

  • Vous préparez une formation de niveau Bac+2 à Bac+5 en gestion, administration, supply chain, systèmes d'information ou équivalent.
  • Vous êtes à l'aise avec Excel et les outils bureautiques.
  • Vous faites preuve de rigueur, d'organisation et d'un bon esprit d'analyse.
  • Vous appréciez le travail en équipe et avez un bon relationnel.
  • Une première connaissance d'un ERP (JDE, SAP ou équivalent) serait un plus.
  • Un niveau d'anglais professionnel serait apprécié.
